Super fun game

This game is lots of fun and has lots of different endings. It can get really hard but not to where you want to give up. There’s so much content! I love it!

One the most rare instances of fun gameplay.

One of the top games i ever player very fun.

I am now in jail

I was playing game at the airport, when the worker asked for my passport so I showed them my in game passport, they were not amused, I am now facing up to 70 years in federal prison, so please pray that I don’t drop the soap 🙏🙏🧼🦭🦈

No volume :(

I love this game, but for some reason out of nowhere the audio stopped working and it has never come back. I’ve restarted my device, deleted the app, and gone through almost every fix I can think of… :(

Fun game

There’s basically 3 endings. The other 17 are very minor, so here are the 3 endings 1: F this I’m out ending Escape with your family to Obristan, even though you probably starved half of them 2: Terrorism ending Join the rebellion against Arstotzka 3: COMMUNIST ENDING COMRADE Protect the border from terrorists and never associate with them only for them to be like “get back to work” 10/10 experience

Bug

It’s good but in vertical play for some reason it sometimes still gives a discrepancy even tho their response isn’t accurate to their entry permit. It shows as matching data n trying to not get 1 discrepancy bugs me

Excellent port!

Honestly the mobile app is even better than the desktop version! I love the app! The swiping to each document is way better than trying to fit them all into the workspace on the desktop game!

Glory to Arzstotzka

We love Arzstotzka it’s all powerful and beneficial all generous

Fun, but many bugs and faults

I have been playing it for two days, and. it has been a pretty decent fun game. However, i feel like there is way too many bugs that should be fixed. Most important is the citations. Sometimes, no matter how hard i check the documents and how long i take, it still gives me a citation for something that i know I have checked through. I thought this is perhaps an in-game feature where they want to balance out your earnings, but i thought about it and it doesn’t make sense. I feel like it is a bug

The Best Utopian Game

This is the most uplifting game I’ve ever played. Glory to Arstotzka, the best country! We could only strive to be a fraction as good as Arstotzka. Overall a fun utopian fiction game.

Extremely fun and hard

This game was extremely fun, it has a good plot, not too easy, and every choice decides your fate the graphics are good and runs very smoothly. The reason I am not rating this 5 stars is because sometimes your just checking papers and nothing really interesting happens but other than that all of it is fun.

fun but buggy

work out some of the bugs and yall are set. when the have no documentation it’s impossible to interrogate.

I suck at this game :3

TRAIN MEEEEEE To be better with my sucky observation skills! I’ve actually improved a little from playing this game and now I look for little details in everyday life to find things and actually look ❤️

Arstotzka best country!

Passport not needed, right?

Just as good as the PC version

So addictive and immersive. I’m really impressed at how well they formatted it for mobile. Runs well. Now I can take my love of this game anywhere. Glory to Arstotzka.

Great game. Minor flaw

This game is funny. I just have issues with controls like using poison on passport since I think it was originally a windows game and not an App Store game. Otherwise, would of given it 5 stars. Better than that’s not my neighbor. Bribes and other stuff in this game!

Volume

I just got the game, I can’t hear a thing, I rebooted the game and my iPad, still nothing.

Glaring mobile issues

This game was never designed with mobile in mind, the controls are very wonky which makes for poor gameplay when you are timed and have to juggle a hundred different pieces of information. I understand the latter bits are the point of the game which makes it great on PC but on mobile the mobile layout actively fights against you and makes it worse. Increased time per level to make up for the awkward control scheme should have been your first thought.

Best game ever.

Your don’t really see too many good mobile games out there, but this game is something else! Also there’s this small glitch that IF you want someone’s fingerprints or you wanna search them, if you tap too fast, for some reason it detains them. Although you don’t get any penalties for it, it’s still a bug I recommend fixing. But overall, AMAZING GAME!

Great! But…

This is a really great game, and I really enjoy it. And it will receive all five stars when the bugs are worked out. Sometimes it will issue citations for things being incorrect when they aren’t. I even caught this on screen record once just to make sure it wasn’t me. Luckily it doesn’t happen often enough to cause a problem with gameplay, but it’s really annoying if you’re trying to be a perfectionist.

Amazing Mobile Port, adapted to fit your small screens.

This port of the original Papers, Please is a neatly constructed and well-made adaptation to mobile phones. The person, or people, behind this have made many design choices to fit it in a traditional portrait orientation rather than landscape. It’s a nice way to get gamers to check for discrepancies and play an indie classic while in a relaxing car drive, or funnily enough, trip to another country. Glory to Arstotzka.

Best mobile game I’ve played by far

This game is amazing! From the story, to the addictive and repayable gameplay. And the UI is absolutely amazing! Best game, keep it up!👍

Glory to Arstotzka.

Good atmosphere, Good characters, Awesome endings, Slightly repetitive on some days, Great game. Glory to Arstotzka.

Amazing game

It is a very well made game and there was a lot of effort put into it. Glory To Arstotzka!

Zen, yet with a tense undertone

On the most shallow level, it is a fairly repetitive attention-to-detail game, so if that’s not your cup of tea then you’ll find it boring. But it is so much more than that. And BOY was it MY cup of tea! It scratches a similar itch for me that Ace Attorney does: chasing after “gotcha” moments while enjoying a narrative full of intrigue, mild despair, and moments of humor or levity. I definitely entered a flow state while playing, a sort of addictive satisfaction I haven’t enjoyed in a while.

Review

Glory to Arstotzka! Overall good game not really anything negative about it I recommend!

A masterpiece

I wrote a review on this and it didn't save so uhhhh, very good game, buy now. Absolute masterpiece. Also there is a bug where if you highlight a different name discrepancy, even if the fingerprints match it will not clear the discrepancy and you have to deny them or citation go brrr. I would appreciate it if this was fixed. Glory to Arstotzka

Audio

Fix audio issue. I can’t hear any background noise unless I am using some sort of speakers or powerful headphones. No issues with my phone, and problems direct to this game. What a shame, and so much for the soundtrack. I guess I will be playing audio from another device to make the game seem relevant. Iphone 13.

Amazing!

This game is extremely well made. From the pixel graphics, to the overall gameplay, this game is amazing. I highly recommend you play this. Even if you’re not into inspecting, or Sherlock type of games, you should really look into this. With over 20+ endings, and amazing characters, this game could possibly change your view on society, and how you should either choose empathy, or money (credits). Great game! 10/10!

I am so bad at this game

But I love it. So happy I can play on my iPad.

My first review

My first review and this one is worth it! I’m very skeptical of mobile games and this is a charm. You really grow with the game and feel like you’re progressing with your checkpoint each day. 20 different endings and an endless mode. This game makes you think, few compassion and rebelliousness all in the same breath. Story mode is great and I’m working on my 6th ending now! Highly recommend for anyone willing to get lost for hours into something so simplistic, yet elegant. 10/10. Good job with t

supermega

matt and ryan made me download. love u ryan <3

还行

挺有创意的 就是玩到一半变得像工作一样很无聊

Have loved this game for years

I loved this game on PC so much that I had to buy it on mobile as well. It makes me laugh all the time!

Excellent Game! A Rare Gem.

Hands down, one of the best games I’ve ever had the luck of stumbling upon in the App Store. Clever, harsh, challenging, nerve wracking, and EXCELLENT.

Artstotzka so great! Review is not required, yes?

Cobrastan is not a real country.

Surprisingly Captivating!!! Love it ❤️

Y’know I was hesitant at first but the mobile format for this game works smoothly and effortlessly. I don’t know how you manage to make literal paperwork interest but they did it and I’m hooked!

Glory to Arstotzka!

Best non mobile mobile game ever.

You're here at last!

I searched the Apple Store for a long time but couldn't find this game. Recently, it was a pleasant surprise that he suddenly appeared. It was as fun as on the computer and the price was also good. The fly in the ointment is his Chinese translation, which is different from the computer version, which makes it difficult for me to judge the issuing city of passport.

not as good as PC

can only process a fraction of papers in the time allotted, meaning less income and family dies faster. they need to rebalance this for mobile.

iPhone support added but not free

I bought this game on my iPad. It’s fun. Last week the developers added iPhone support but you’ll need to buy the game all over again. Wow!

Good game, very replayable

Great game, wish apple made it easier to see achievements. Gotta hand it to the developer for responding

Belongs on mobile

Papers belongs on mobile platforms. Playing vertically is very welcome. I do wish I could close and open the reference docs, and in the game mode, Endless > Perfection, paused on your error longer before exiting.

Way to repetitive

It’s really fun until you get about 10 days in and then it’s just the same ol that ver and over again. For $5 it’s an easy purchase but I can’t see much in the way of replaying for the different endings when it’s so slow to progress.

A Masterpiece

The amount of care put into this mobile port is amazing. This is one of indie gaming’s greatest games, and it works perfect on a small iPhone screen with all the changes the developer has made. Please buy it and support good games instead of all this micro-transaction schlock.
