12/6/25-Yep, still in the upper crust of recipe apps. Thank you. 10/20/18-This is a fantastic recipe app ... AND, no sub. Perfecto!
Love this recipe app!! It's SO easy to use. I take my recipes wherever I go. I can share directly from this app as a print out, text copy, or directly to another person with this app. I talk everyone I know who cooks to get this app!
This is the most powerful and complete recipe app out there. The browser search and recipe download saves so much time that you can build out a solid database of recipes in less than a day.
I don’t know how I got this lucky. This is a quick and easy way to save recipes off the internet. Put in the url and this baby will clear away all the weird story bits and ads that make the page jump around. It skims out the recipe and JUST the recipe. I’ve been using it for over a year now and I’ll convert anyone who will listen. Thank you for this app!!!
I love this app and have used it for 10 years. I can share it with my now grown kids. I have downloaded from lots of sites with ease. I just wish I could download from Instagram and other social media sites.
I really enjoy this app. So easy to download recipes. Great for organizing and searching by ingredients.
Paprika Recipe Manager has been a game changer for me, especially during the holidays! I narrated my Christmas cookie recipes into the app and categorized them. I also downloaded several from various online sources. When it was time to bake, I created grocery lists and the app combined ingredients from multiple recipes so I had a total quantity of what to buy. One lesson learned…you need to use the same description/spelling/ingredient name in each recipe so they will add up. For example, “f
I have Paprika on my desktop computer, my phone, and tablet. Changes on one device go to the others. Easy to use and very handy in the kitchen.
I’ve used Paprika 3 for years, and find it indispensable. The only thing that even slightly grates about it is that it has essentially looked the same for that entire time. It might be time for a more modern look, and Liquid Glass on the Apple platforms would be a must.
I love how easy Paprika is to use. Downloading recipes is simple, organizing and categorizing them is intuitive, and everything just works without getting in the way. The one thing it’s missing is the ability to search by ingredient. That would be incredibly helpful when you’re trying to decide what to cook with what you already have. If they add that feature, it will be the PERFECT recipe app. It’s also very affordable, which makes it an easy recommendation. I’ve recommended the app to famil
I’ve used paprika for years and probably use it as much as texting. I love that you can have photos. Husband does the shopping and he uses Paprika to check off the items. The meal planning is awesome. It’s nice to have a record of what you’ve been cooking. You need this app!
This app has made my life so much easier, I no longer have to print out recipes and rifle through them later if I’m trying to find anything. All I have to do is save it, and it synced to my iPad at the same time. It allows me to keep track of the ingredients while shopping, and it displays the recipe clearly while I’m cooking. I can even make categories so that I don’t have 100 recipes to look through. It’s made the entire process painless and seamless.
One of the most used tools in my kitchen. Everyone should use it.
I’m using this more and more and recipe books less and less. I find and save recipes I like and just pull it up when it’s time to cook. No digging for books or recipes or trying to remember where I filed the recipe I particularly liked vs. the other 20 I sort of liked. This is a keeper!
If you like to cook online recipients this is a game changer.
This is wonderful hands-down
Keep all your recipes in one place and access them from anywhere. If you are willing to put the time in to organize and categorize, this app will be your best friend. I am loving it and working through this worthwhile project.
This app is a game changer. You can browse recipes online, easily import them from the web to the application, schedule the meal on a calendar, adjust the serving sizes, and add items to your grocery list. What more could you want? Maybe one small thing! A widget with todays meal plan would be very cool. 😎 Thanks for making an amazing life. It makes my life easier.
This is such a great app and makes cooking during the week so seemless and easy. I’ve been using it for a few years now and use it every week to this day.
It’s easy to look up and save recipes, save and share is GREAT!
This app is awesome. So functional, practical and easy to use. Enhancement request(s): ability to sort by last prepared date to see what recipes I’ve sort of forgot about or haven’t prepared in a while; and random recipe suggestion button when I can’t figure out what I feel like making.
Been using this app for several years and I love it
My friend has been telling me about this app for years. I finally hit my breaking point when I couldn’t find the recipes I saved across 4 different apps. Did I pin it on Pinterest? Save it to instagram? Facebook? Screenshot it from my computer? Sometimes it’d take me 30+ min to track a recipe down and sometimes it was lost forever. This app is so convenient and intuitive. It takes seconds to save a recipe and has a ton of features, some of which I am still discovering. I’m spreading the word.
The functionality of this app is so good, real ease-of-use. It’s so great to have all of my favorites pulled together in one place, pictures included. Today I used the share feature for the first time, sending three good ones back to my son. Thanks, kid!
This is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to write. I love this app and tell people about it often. It is so useful and handy. This is my modern day version of the little box with notecards that people used to keep at home. It’s an essential for me :)
After trying several recipe “keepers”, this is by far the absolute best. If you enjoy finding and trying recipes as much as I do, this is a must application. Intuitive and easy to use. I would only add the ability to link to a video in the original recipe. Danny
This is one of the best apps I have ever used! Downloaded over two years ago... Even got the desktop version!! Couldn't imagine being without it now!
I love the versatility and scalability of this app. I don’t know now how I ever did without it.
I love this app! Meal planning is so easy: pick a recipe, put it on the calendar, add ingredients to your shopping list. That’s it. After you have shopped, move the items into the pantry so you know what you have. The one key feature that is missing is the ability to automatically move items out of your pantry as you make the recipe. It just needs one button that does the opposite of the grocery button and it would be the most perfect meal planning app ever.
Really happy with the app so far! But …. I really wish it generated nutritional info on its own; it should be able to do that. And it says it imports .txt files from The Recipe Manager in iOS, but I have the windows version and it won’t see .txt files from that. I can C/P, but it’s going to take forever!
Easily the best app I’ve ever bought. It’s so user friendly, and I love how easily I can scale up and down recipes, sort, and search! I purchased for both my laptop and phone, and I like them both. I’d love to utilize the pantry inventory and meal planning options in the future. For now I mostly use it to make notes and modifications to my favorite recipes and to download and try new recipes.
All web-based recipes in one place. No need to print them out and waste paper. Categories of your own choosing.
I had a couple hundred recipe pages bookmarked and with Paprika I can get rid of them all and keep all my favs organized in one place. This app is amazing the way it somehow manages to erase all the blogging and ads from the web page and just give you the recipe you want. And if you're like me and sometimes want to read the reviews and see how people have modified something you can still go back to the original site. And its real easy to modify the recipes you've saved. I cant think of any app t
My wife loves that i know how to use the instapot pressure cooker because she doesn’t know how so I do all the cooking. But I don’t mind because I love how every recipe comes out great 🤟
I highly recommend this app to all my friends and family! I love all the features such as easily import recipes from a website, create grocery lists from the recipes you plan to make for the week, pinning and and weekly planning, categorizing, crossing off the ingredients as you walk through the list and highlight the step you are on, setting timers, being able to type in other family favorite recipes, being able share via email/text, and so much more! If you love cooking or meal prep, this app
I’ve been using Pqpriks 3 for some time now and love it. But, today I realized a flaw in the text, in the recipe, that’s in italics. It didn’t import the portion, within the recipe, that was in italics therefore I missed a vital step to a sourdough recipe. I have mentioned this to the recipe developer. Now, I’m telling Paprika folks here because I can’t seem to maneuver thru your support section. Thanks Jeanette T
This is the best recipe app ever. It is so easy to use and has so many functions. I have this app on my iPhone on my MacBook and on my iPad keeps all my recipes, well organized and at hand and it’s so easy to use. it truly is the best app I own.
The fact that it parses recipes so you don’t have to skim through an epic story to get to it is reason enough to get this app. The storing, rating, and sorting of recipes is frosting on the cake.
Or leave it, but don’t leave it! Keep it!
I’ve prolly reviewed this app before, but it’s just time to say again how much I love it and how much I count on it. And the companion macOS app, too. I’ve tried other apps in the past and there was always a major fail at some point. I’ve been using this one for a long time now and never even a hiccup. I’m completely pleased and happy to recommend it to all.
I have been uploading my favorite recipes to this site for two months. I also use it for planning my meals for the week. This is a must get for home cooks.
As someone with ADHD who cooks regularly this app has been a lifesaver. It’s so easy to avoid the life stories that almost all recipes have by hitting the download button. It’s nice since it doesn’t automatically download you can edit the recipe or simply exit out if you don’t like it. It’s so nice to have all the ingredients listed and have the ability to make a grocery list in the app with an ingredient section based on all recipes I’ve downloaded. I’ve recommended this app to all my friends a
For those of us who like to edit recipes, this is the BEST app to do it. It’s so easy to download, adapt and make a recipe your own. I’m DF/Gf and this app has helped keep everything straight as I cook a lot and often forget how I changed a recipe. Worth the few dollars I paid. Get it!
Love this app! Easy to use. Love having it on my computer and phone. So easy to download an online recipe into the app. I’ve used this for several years and just love it!
1 Negative User Reviews for Paprika Recipe Manager 3
The app is fine, it does what you need for a recipe manager. The real issue is how visually unappealing the user interface is. I cannot get past it, from the color scheme to the actual components of the app it is beyond unpleasant to look at and therefore use. I ended up looking elsewhere for a recipe app.
