Nice app , just please improve the access, each time I try to get access ask me for an email to confirm ,and once I add it nothing happens , so I need to re start the app log in

Easy to use BUT

It is a long walk from our apartment and if the package is heavy we have to rest along the way home. Not good for seniors.
