Allow for extension please

Please allow the ability to extend parking when expired. Should not have to re-enter parking over again when expired. Hard to look up zone. Otherwise whats the point? Many other cities’ apps have this feature. Please fix it

What’s wrong with parking meters?

Seriously, I don’t want an app and another account. What was wrong with parking meters? It took me 5 minutes to download this app, sign up, add the zone, add my license plate and pay. I used to be able to just drop a few quarters in and call it a day.
