Man, this makes looking and paying for a spot much easier.

Trouble adding payment

Adding a payment method from the phone turned out to be a problem. Would not accept any credit card.

Poor UI, Reservations Don’t Work

V3.52 — When you enter the app, it asks for the five-digit code of your parking lot. I wish it would remember prior lot numbers and also offer a list of recently used lots so I wouldn’t have to remember the number. Additionally, the function to reserve a space at a lot ahead of time does not work. On two separate occasions I have made reservations at a lot, only to arrive and find the parking gate doesn’t recognize the QR code from the app, so I’m stuck calling customer service.

Needs refinement

The app needs a little more polish. Slow, no satellite view or walking path view and when you’re searching if you click on a parking suggestion your search parameters get wiped and you have to re-enter your desired date location and duration.

Reservation does not guarantee a spot.

More than once, I’ve driven up to a parking garage in NYC and was told they were full. The exasperated garage managers tell me there’s no communication between the office and the garages. The app makes the reservation but doesn’t communicate that to the garage you’ve reserved at. You’re no better off making a reservation than just driving up. Very disappointing.
