PATHWAY IS A LIFESAVER AND A TIMESAVER!!!

Now don’t get me wrong, I still use UpToDate for certain things that I need more detailed information on, however, I absolutely love using Pathway for quick easy access to Clinical information!

It was so expensive and my first delve into AI apps. I don’t regret my purchase, but would not recommend this to others. I won’t renew my subscription because I have found other AI apps that are free and better, but I will continue to use this from time to time and see if it improves. Overall I love the idea of the app but the execution just hasn’t been working for me. The first frustrating thing is the apps inability to link from email updates. There will be an update I’d like to read on the app but I get stuck in a loop of “database updating”. The AI feature really leaves something to be desired. Very rarely do I use it any more as OpenEvidence gives either more clinically relevant or better sourced answers. In the end I find myself going to UpToDate, Amboss, or OpenEvidenc

I enjoy this app very much. I gave up my subscription to another app because this one has been much more user-friendly. I am 80 years old and still work 18 to 20 hours a week. This app helps me feel young again.😄

Pathways is so helpful in giving me information about diagnosing. It’s convenient and fast.

Ease of use, sophisticated/nuanced capabilities, info in seconds. Concise, recent references. BUT the thread/logic function is poor. 1-2 follow-up questions later, output diverts from the original context without my explicit shift in interest

A must-have app for all clinicians! The app is very user-friendly, slick and concise design, easy to navigate, and the content is updating every single day! Great source to stay up-to-date.

Pathway breaks down information in such a way that it's easy to find what you need. Databases like uptodate are great but are hard to read, the average sentence is 16-20 words long, which requires you to sit and evaluate the information, you can't really skim or read it on the go. With this app, everything is condensed, sources are present and statistics are color coded so all you need to do is get your phone out and do a quick search. After having issues initially and writing a bad review, the CEO Jon reached out and they were genuinely concerned and wanted to fix any problems that I came across. He was great to communicate with.

As a current resident physician, this app is excellent resource for reading/reviewing trials and their impact on disease management. It summarizes relevant data in a clear, concise form that other apps and resource (eg, uptodate) lack. Would recommend this app for the information on trials and studies alone and that is just a sliver of what it offers.

Trying to register for the app there is a list of medical specialties but no opportunities to include anything in dentistry.

Whenever the app actually loads it’s typically useful but lately every time I type a question, it just keeps saying “loading” and eventually an error pops up. It doesn’t matter what question I ask. Even if I click on pathway’s suggested questions, those don’t work either.
