Very good app and it works flawlessly. I have had no problems with it. I like the meter expiration reminders, and the ability to add more minutes to your parking. Be added text messages are helpful too.

Great when it works, not so much when it doesn’t. Would not give me the resident discount even though i was parking in a spot i usually park in. My vehicle is registered for the discount, always got it before. So, this app is unreliable

Link the app Tomthe apple wallet! Nothing worse than trying to enter a new creditcard Number.

It’s a little silly that they have a maximum time limit of 4 hours. Then, you just log out and back in to add another 4, just a waste of time.

Super convenient, works in Germany too!!

Decent app if you use Amex. Tried with master card was a disaster for some reason

Love this because it’s quick and easy once you set up the account and add a payment method. Cheaper and more convenient than a parking meter, or lot.

This app is great. Very easy to use and does what it’s supposed to.

I like to park using Pay by phone, the best App for parking in Miami.

User friendly once you have put your information in the first time. After that it takes less than a minute to park.

This is my go-to parking app that works for most of the lots and street parking around here. Would love to see CarPlay integration added as a feature.

This was great when  Pay was working. I do not like storing my card on websites, so Apple Pay was preferred. Not sure why but now it is not allowed.

Needs a process to fix choosing wrong parking facility or vehicle.

I use this app when I’m in FL and it couldn’t be easier. I wish NYC used this app for parking - the couple they do use are buggy and awful. I stopped using parking apps in NYC.

So glad this station decided to go modern and use the Pay by Phone App! Certainly much more efficient!
