Basic but good

Used this app for a few years, never had issues. When my building got rid of the laundry machines and changed apps I emailed the company to refund the remaining amount in my account back to my credit card. They emailed back immediately and gave me full refund of remaining funds.

Recent upgrade?

Something changed for the better recently. Really enjoy the app. The credits take the sting outta having to pay for laundry on top of rent. Thanks for that! đŸ„°

Very Useful App

It’s good for reminders of when the cycle is done (although it sometimes isn’t synced well for the dryer). I do love the ability the interact with ads to earn free credits. It definitely helps us cut back on our laundry bill and is easy to do.

Very good app, wish pay as you go was available

At a Hilton, and wanted to run a load of laundry. Machines took this app. It works very well, and the process was smooth. My only complaint is, I was just doing 1 wash, 1 dry= $5. I thought I could just pay the $2.50 when I started the machine, but you have to preload money into app. The default is $25, but the min was $10. So basically I spent $10 for my wash. I'm sure at some point ill be able to use it, but it is annoying.

Overall good but not that great

Yes the app is good and is a time saver, but at times it can be really annoying and the app constantly stops working. For me i stopped liking the app all that much after it ‘broke down’ for the 5th consecutive time. It either just doesn’t work and stays loading forever, or it doesn’t pick up the machines even though you can be standing right next to it. You can’t even try again later because it takes a whole day before it fixes it self, and i’ve got wet laundry that i need to dry! Not everyone h

Would be great if Bluetooth found machines and servers didn’t go down

Our apartment building started using this instead of change (cost also went up a lot!). It’s great not using change BUT being in a basement type of area below the phone connection is horrible and it doesn’t connect to app and machines a lot of the time. It’s very frustrating. I’ve also had the servers go down right when my clothes were wet and needed to dry. This is very inconvenient and makes me feel maybe change would be better, or at least having both options. Not sure I’d recommend if ther

Some QOL would be nice

The only payment increments are 25 cents or 2 dollars, which makes it a bit of a slow process to add money to a machine. When you add to a machine, there’s an authorization process which might be relatively quick, or might not go through, so you have to wait for it to “authorize” before trying again, one quarter at a time. Otherwise it’s a handy app

The app is ok.

The “free credits” with games and surveys is a scam. They’re just endless looping surveys if you even qualify and the games never register. Even if they do, you spend 30+ minutes for a few dimes
it’d take HOURS to earn a free wash. That’s sad.

Solid app! Works perfectly.

Paying for laundry is a breeze when all I need is my phone. Although, I am a college student and times are tough. Sometimes I can only afford to reload $5, or even less, and in times like those it would be really wonderful to be able to choose how much to reload. Or even just $2.50, $5, and $15 options.

Overcharged but got refunded

I experienced an issue where the app charged more than the listed price on the machine. Once I noticed the issue I sent a complaint to the company and they refunded the affected transactions. The complaint submission was pretty easy. Overall the app is still annoying, it keeps asking me to turn on notifications and keeps pushing its coupons on me no matter how many times I decline.

4 Negative User Reviews for PayRange

Not a fun app to have to deal with, but better than bags of change I guess?

Convenient to not have to go the bank and get rolls of quarters, but the machines consistently don’t work with the app and I end up paying for loads of laundry that aren’t done. The app crashes, the ability to communicate with the app is impossible, the Bluetooth communication with the machines is spotty at best, but it’s better than a pocket full of quarters. Right now I need to wash my laundry, but the app is not working at all, it’s been 45 minutes of dealing with this, so I have lost deterge

Good: convienence, Bad for wallet

Downloaded app for convienence at laundrymat. The estimated time counter is off by a lot. I understand it’s an estimate, but being off by 10+ mins is a bit much. The time paid for vs the actual time given on the drier was almost half. The time payed for on the app looked good but the time countdown on the drier itself was much lower. I don’t know if this is a app issue or a laundrymat issue but I hope it gets resolved for future users.

Something is wrong with the app

It use to show me what washer I’m using and how much time I got on it now it don’t and the price went up and customer service won’t reply to me smh just fix it

Bad App

I moved into some apartments that use this app for washing. I live on the second floor and this app doesn’t work as it should. It never shows if the washer and dryers are available. But the biggest problem with this app is it takes money from your account without authorization. I use various apps on my phone and this has got to be the worst one. When it takes the money from your accounts without your authorization. Your account could very well go negative. My advice, if you use this app get a
