Double charge

First I purchased pdf pro lite and apply permanent license for the full service of $24.99, For some reason it deleted from my device so I came back to apps store to download pdf reader pro again. I thought it was the same but I was charged another 19.99 plus another feature for few dollars? I have requested for the refund. What are the different? Why you have two the same apps with complication pricing? I am so confused now.

Merge file

I used to use this app to merge files but after I changed to a new ipad, I don't see tool to select files to merge any more. Please advise! Thank you!
