Two year old granddaughter loves this app--she needed a little help to get started, but she quickly learned to tap on the doctor case and use the provided tools. I agree that their needs to be more variety.

Too limited

There's basically five injuries to fix, which makes it a bit expensive and not worth the price. I love the graphics and how detailed it is, however, it's disappointing that each child doesn't have different things to fix. My three year old likes it though.
