I’m an older person taking conga lessons. This app is invaluable at helping me understand the music; learn parts, and keep and exceed pace. Excellent.!

Actually has feel, because these are recordings of actual musicians playing all the parts, not midi sequences. Each loop is of ample length - sometimes longer to get some variation when applicable - for instance guanguanco loop is longer to allow quinto doing some soloing and variation. Simple and easy to use, with great sounding loops by real musicians. If you're planning on expanding your Brazilian offerings, I'd love to see choro genres (slow choro, fast choro, maxixe, polca, xote, etc) plus forró! eBatuque recently jacked up its prices and switched to a subscription model, so if you guys offered an alternative I'd happily recommend this app to all the choro players I know.

I love this app!!! I use it for practice and to work through ideas for song writing. It’s my practice buddy, my play-along backing track, and my study partner. I really hope you keep adding more rhythms. This app is a masterpiece thank you.

This is a great resource. Download their RhythmGame app as well. It’s challenging and fun.

I am a musician and have travelled to a dozen countries to study. Much of what I’ve wanted to understand is all in this app. It is a treasure and an indispensable resource for those who want to explore traditional African rhythms.

Great app that is now part of my suite of practise tools. Just get it you wont regret. Wished it had a timer or at least show the clock so that the practice time per rhythm can be tracked before upping the tempo etc,

Hello the sheet music for the clave Tiñosa is incorrect

The ability to solo each instrument or several instruments in an ensemble and play along is priceless. The accompanying videos and sheet music is unbelievable given the low price of the Pro app. I’ve enjoyed it for years and decided I had to write review. This is one of those rare apps where the love of the music and the subject comes thru.

This is an awesome app. You can learn a lot of different patters with the right feel and dynamics.

Great app, would be nice to have a limited free version to trial before purchase but worth the €.

This is the best percussion app I’ve seen in the app store. I hope they continue to expand rhythms that include traditional rhythms from Colombia and other South American countries. I really hope you consider Cumbia, Bullerengue, Mapale, Vallenato Rhythms, and Colombian Pacific Rhythms. I know there’s a world of rhythms but why not make a recommendation. Also, the Dominican section could really use a Bachata rhythm. Thank you for an excellent app. I really hope you continue to grow.

Amazing and I’m very overwhelmed by the amount of rhythms. I am so glad that I stumbled upon this app. I wonder what future updates will be like.

A fantastic tool! (And it keeps getting better with every update!) Rhythms are written out and demonstrated with videos. Parts can be added/subtracted for practice. On of the best apps out there!

I didn’t hesitate to pay $10 for this app - the batá content alone is worth more to me than that! Would love to see the addition of more West-African dance rhythms. Please keep this going, guys!
