I’ve been using this app for over a year and I love it! I like that you can pick different options based on how your body feels. I couldn’t live without it. When I’ve had trouble with the app, the tech team is there to help. Definitely worth the investment.

I was a little skeptical- I know how to stretch. But, it is a great little app with diverse combinations of stretches, gently narrated and will take you through a short list after a workout or run. Worth the $$

I've used it for a couple years. Functions as it should.
Super app. Lolo gives direction and variety to my pre-run warm up. Very effective, actively working a variety of muscle groups. Ver positive, too, like more people ought to be! I have only used the pre-run warmup module, and I love it.
Good app and you will see more results how well it works if you do it consistently.

I use the 10K training and stretching apps primarily and love them. It has really changed my approach to daily fitness in a very positive way.
Doing Ease into 5k and preferred this app to help with before and after stretches. Would get 5 stars if I could switch modes more easily between warm up and cool down programs.
I agree with some of the other reviews. It would be nice to be able to move the exercises around so you’re not standing, then on the ground, then standing, etc.

The app is perfect for on the go and away from home. My lower backs gets tight from me sitting and traveling for work. My lower back doesn’t bother me as long as I do the lower back stretches.

Unless I'm doing something wrong this app cannot keep track of my progress. It always starts me at day one! It would be more tolerable if it was a free app but I paid for the dang thing!!
The app does not flow well when used. You can’t adjust intervals between stretches. Explanations of stretches are poor and even though there is too much time between exercises, the examples don’t start until the time begins.
