14 Positive User Reviews for Perplexity

The best AI engine I’ve discovered.

I have been using Perplexity for some time. I’ve discovered that it is more accurate against the modality of other AI engines I’ve used. Three free daily uses are offered with the option to renew these free searched within 24 hours. A fee based plan is also offered. Tech support is always responded to in a timely manner. I offer a five star rating.

First time AI user of your app.

Just tapped my AI screen and my question disappeared and was not able to retrieve the question. Or any previous answer or question. History was gone. After I logged in for free use. Then it told me they upgraded by answers and froze my question for a 10x better answer that I have to upgrade my membership to see. When using a free app you expect to get an answer if at the level of what you asked not a demand to upgrade if you want an answer. I will delete my app unless I get a response explaining

Great AI

Get the Pro version. Worth the $20 a month

return back

please return or add gemini 2.5, 3.0 downgrade, mb only for thinking, but not for quick answers

Excellent

Truly excellent

Research Bro

Really love how helpful and cool it is on the research end really loved how it’s more Complete than chat in my opinion

My goto App- I have a request

Would be super useful to add a quick ‘paste’ from clipboard button to the prompt input keyboard. I often grab text from web n other apps and paste into perplexity with some additional typed to type , have a paste button just make is super easy on iPhone as opposed to using the context menu which is tricky to bring up and often ends up selecting existing text instead

Practical/Useful

This is an amazing app and I love the depth and detail with which information is presented and explained! This app is helping me change my life!

Actual factual

No more “language model” hallucinations here. Just the facts. Finally.

Noticeably worse than chatgpt

I go back and forth between perplexity and other products. For my needs, which are a lot of daily facts, DIY/home stuff, science, and basic math stuff, I’d rank the standard models and experience from the big guys in this order: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude. I cancelled my ChatGPT subscription after watching sama glaze the clown running this country without a shred of backbone. I know perplexity uses ChatGPT APIs in some cases but it’s noticeably worse performing. Far less accurate, w

Best AI Search Tool

My default way to search the internet and research topics online. Time and time again the responses were accurate, with very recent, up-to-date information. It’s also very transparent, with the sources clearly referenced.

New to AI

I just joined perplextiy.ai after being introduced by a client. It’s amazing the amount of time I save using this site. I’m involved in International Trade and this is making my business more efficient and giving me more free time. Love this site.

Answers vs Search

When I punch up Google I’m looking not so much for information, but for an answer. Search is great at pointing me to information. But then it’s up to me to divine the answer. Perplexity cuts to the chase and gives me the answer up front. It cites its sources so if I care to do so I can read further. I’m saving time (and using Google less and less . . . ).

Cool!

I just heard about Perplexity on the Kim Komando show on Sunday. So far I really like it! A nice change from Google.
