Update = Start Over?

I got a new iPhone. And have made some updates. Now the app is making me start over? Seriously? I have 3 pets. What a pain. Just wanted to make an appointment and now I have to spend time getting everything set up again.

Won’t show my vet or any other in my state after putting in my address. Only a preset list of places that are who knows where. Poor excuse for an app.
