Philo is a good streaming app but for the amount of money charged you really need pro pipe down on the commercials. There’s no reason why every 4 minutes is a commercial fix it please

I like Philo but I will not be keeping my subscription because any amount over $25 should not have ads

For the money, I don’t think you can find a better deal with the variety of stations. We pare this with an antenna for local stations and we are very happy with our choices. I especially love the ability to ‘save’ movies and shows for later viewing. I get to save my favorite Christmas movies so I can watch them year round. It makes me happy!

I love Philo, the only draw back is the Christmas movies. We love to watch the old movies we grew up on, we are 50+. Most of those movies are in other streaming services. Wish Philo would get them.

Since requiring the update, the older version stopped working which sucks because it the latest version that works on the phone. Please look at this and allow access for us to be successful.

I like having the app because it is cheaper than cable, but I am growing weary of the propaganda ads being shown. I affiliate with no party system but the ads from the current state of affairs are overwhelming and biased.

I love having access to HGTV, History Channel, Hallmark, etc. But recently, repetitive, exaggerated casino game ads are pushing me to the edge.

My husband ask me if I have any other steaming channels besides philo cause I’m always on philo smh but I gets a lot of my money thank u philo i really appreciate it love can’t give it up

Overall it has a lot of good shows to watch, however it has waaaayyyy to many ads. It’s hard to enjoy the show with ads popping up every 5 to 10 minutes.

I’ve had Philo since 2020 and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made. I have access to ALL of the channel's I primarily watch for 20 bucks a month. I will always be a part of the Philo family!

Love Philo works great and has the channels that I watch. But for the last 2 weeks on my Roku the Philo app stops after a few hours, I have the bandwidth saver off. Please fix!!!

I like it but. Can you please fix the DVR thing because when I watch a episode it’s showing the old recording not the recent one please fix it I would appreciate it.

hello I am a Philo user. And the next time you update your service I would like for it's me or the dog to stream also whatever I try to play Roseanne or Mom it asks me to contact you and not sure why but I can't get the shows to play. also could you add into the dark as well. Thank you. Danielle.

I love Philo, I’ve been using it for a very long time with no issues. However, for the last few weeks I can’t get it to load on my iPhone or iPad. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times and still nothing. It will only work on my tv’s but I need it to be accessible on my Mobil devices as well. Please fix this.

I’ve been with Philo for quite a while before Philo became more well-known and popular. As I stayed with the company, it seem to just get better and better and better, the best thing about having this account , was when I first started out I got locked in to the best, Premium service under $20.00 with all kinds of great channels that I enjoy..

I love Philo so far, except on Saturday nights. I can never watch it on Saturday nights because the dots spin and spin forever and nothing will download. I have high speed internet! I am paying to watch every night, and granted it’s only $25, but I’m not getting what I’m paying for. I’ll see what happens, but I can’t guarantee I’ll stay. I want something reliable.

I love this app until an alert comes through. After you tap the notification the app restarts with login information. This is so distracting. Before you could minimize the screen and the show kept playing. Please fix its been happening for over a month.

Too many commercials for me to be paying $25 a month

The app open but it doesn’t show any content. I have to shut it down and open it back up at least 10 times for it to work right.

What a joke for an app that costs 25 dollars. There should be at least 6.00 if people want to for that price or even 9.00 let them choose

The content is great but the app doesn’t load quickly. It’s just generally not user friendly. It needs to refining for sure.

The app stalls and is unreliable especially when watching shows live - gives you errors like, “Philo is having difficulty playing this selection.” I bought it to watch ONE SHOW LIVE, and Philo consistently stops working during the one live show I want to watch. Will not renew another month.

It has every channel that I like. All the other services have channels that I don’t really watch but this one is the hit…. Lifetime subscriber

Pros: No sports Cons: Too many commercials, new programming unwatchably woke, no credible news channels

But app for closes every time a new episode of Yellowstone wants to appear. Just have to reopen it again.

Every since I got rid of Xfinity and I just have their Wi-Fi and basic cable I Recents Philo, and added Starz I have nothing bad to say about Philo. I absolutely love it I really do and I tell everyone about it I have nothing bad to say about Philo at all. Thank you very much for giving us all these channels for a very affordable price.

We all pay high subscription fees and it’s just too many adds though

There’s no way to jump 5 or 10 seconds forward or back you have to scroll and it’s finicky. When I push pause it takes 3 or 4 seconds to pause and by then I’ve pushed it twice because I assume I didn’t push it correctly, so then it unpauses itself and have to do the whole thing again. A lot of adds on the show I watched at least and each one was 4 to 5 minutes at a time. Enjoyed that I could stream my show live but other than that I didn’t enjoy the set up.

This app's streaming service is excellent, but I'm canceling my subscription. Paying $28 per month and still having to sit through multiple commercials, each lasting 4-5 minutes, isn't worth it—especially when other apps offer ad-free experiences with their paid services.

I am super disappointed that the price went up. $28 !!! Just to have to sit through 2 and a half minutes of commercials every 5 minutes. It’s one of the most expensive streaming apps that give alotttt of commercials. You would think all the marketing they do with commercials the price would be way lower. It’s not worth it in my book

why is the philo sign so long on tvs??? fix that it says philo for literally over 5 mins so ridiculous.
