Thanks to all the reviews I was able to figure out how to use this app. Here is what I learned: Make sure your phone ringer is not on silent (because even if you raise the volume while the switch is on silent the app will not play the sounds for you during the oral review). Make sure your brightness is not on dark mode because the letters will not appear in the written review section. Lastly in the differentiated practice you can select the specific letters you want to practice versus the entir

This is has sound issues, sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn’t, so as a teacher in Spalding training having to pay for an app that doesn’t work does not support my learning as a teacher; and therefore doesn’t support learning for students either. I would expect more.

This is a pretty great app for reviewing phonograms. Though recently it stopped making sounds on my iPhone. I’m unable to trouble shoot where the problem is and had to download it on my iPad.

I used this method 10-15 years ago. Now using again for grandchild. It works. I had no sound so check settings under ringer and turned it on. No visual for writing practice so had to go to light mode in display. Choose your set, pick differentiated section, choose the phonograms and go back and only the checked ones will be presented. This app is designed perfectly for scholars who are struggling with their phonograms.

The written phonogram review portion of the app doesn’t work on my iPhone 14. When I hit the “show me” button the screen is blank. I like the rest of the app and find this part unique and potentially helpful with kids with disabilities but it doesn’t work! I’m very disappointed.

I just got this app and so far I haven’t had the sound issue that other users have encountered. However, I have my phone set to a “dark” appearance in settings which makes the screen completely black without showing the letters in written phonogram review. I have to change my settings to “light” appearance to show the letters. The app could use an update to adjust for this change. Otherwise, I agree it would be better to be able to write in the app as opposed to having to use your own paper.

Did not work on my phone or my tablet . My daughter was looking forward to this app but no did not work at all

I was under the impression that this would make the phonogram sounds and we could practice together. It doesn’t seem to make the sounds despite it saying replay sound? There are no sounds?

This app needs to be updated. I’ve had it for 7 years and it crashes all the time and when in written practice, it doesn’t allow students to check their answer. If this app was periodically updated, then they would catch the bug. Frustrating!
