I just started 2 days ago, but so far it’s great!
i've used this app for a long time and its been the best sleeping companion, the alarm never fails like the apple clock app does. Pillow has free meditations and sounds you can listen to which are super helpful when i'm having a rough night. I love all of the information it gives, i wake up feeling like i understood how i slept and can move on with my day. I just love that i'm never nagged by the app with ads or them trying to convince you to get a premium version. they just let you use the app!
The information provided by sleep tracker helps me improve my sleep routine, gives me data points explaining why my sleep isn’t restorative and helps me get to sleep with relaxation tricks and tips.

I have been using Pillow four over one year and have found it to be very instrumental and provide vital information about my sleeping patterns. It is an incredible app that helps to maintain not only the length of sleep but the quality of sleep. I have not advanced to the premium level at this point, but I am strongly considering it. We all get caught up in our daytime routines and neglect to pay attention or even worse, not prioritize our sleep routine. I’ve come to find out at an age of 47 that there are very harsh impacts in not doing so. Health and relationship wise impacts. So do yourself a favor and use this app as a renaissance. Begin your own journey of taking care of yourself and those around you.
I love that this app has family sharing and also love the features. I’ve been able to see a better look of my sleep patterns and how much sleep I’m truly getting! Would recommend.

I have had this app for a few years and checked it daily to learn about my sleep. Now it never opens and I don’t see where I can upgrade to the latest version. I’m on 4.19 help!
I love the pillow app it gives me the knowledge to take better care of myself. I feel better and I know what I need to do to get a good nights sleep.
Pillow alerted me to reduced oxygen during sleep. My doctor followed up with a sleep study which showed severe sleep apnea. Now with a CAP, my numbers are excellent. Thanks Pillow!
The app so far has been fairly new still. I think it’s ok. But then again it’s still fairly new to me as I said before. My sleep pattern is pretty much all over the place so, I’m trying this app to see what it can do for me. Better said I really want it to work out for me because I am tired of not being able to get at least 5 hours of sleep.

I use my Apple watch to track my sleep patterns. So far I am satisfied with the results.
Some apps seem to have bad updates but this one seems to work consistently and each update seems to add functionality.
If you get it - keep basic. Don’t pay. There is no difference that I have found.
It has had issues! But the work the creators have done has help a lot! I’ve been using this since 2015! A few years later from this last review. It’s still working as good as ever I use it every night.

If you would stop charging for every little detail, your product will become more respected than most of them across the spectrum due to the fact it yours offers more features for free

Hello For several nights, I have not received any data. The app has not been recording my sleep. I have no idea why the app or the program no longer records my data I haven’t changed any procedures or Devices Any suggestions?
This has helped me considerably with sleep tracking. It does exactly what it promises.
My insomnia has always been problem. With this app I’m able to see right in front of me what I’m accomplishing to set a better routine & what I need t work on. I Love It!
This was the best free sleep tracker until the latest update. If you sit in bed an look at your phone before getting up, the app still records you as sleeping. It used to let you edit the sleep/awake time to fix that, but now it has a paywall popup when you want to edit it. Nope, not paying for a busted app that I have to edit.

I’ve been using the app for almost a month and have learned so many things about my sleeping patterns!
I love pillow for a long time. Then one day I noticed I started sleeping about an hour less each night. It turns out that because I usually wake up an hour after I fall asleep, the app doesn’t count that or something? I gave them time thinking they’d make an update to fix this, but it’s been about a year and the problem still exists. I’ve cancelled my subscription and am now using a different tracker. :(
Pillow helped me realize that I needed to improve my sleep quality.
I kept getting bad ratings so I uninstalled it. RISE is a much better sleep app.

Easy to sign off but stopping within 7 day trail is very difficult! Beware.
