stories end on cliffhanger

I at first really enjoyed it until I had watched three different stories with 60+ episodes each episode being three minutes and they ended on cliffhanger or no follow up episode or season I have wasted hours of my day watching these stories with no ending and it ruins my experience especially when a story does end and there is skipped details in the story. I originally first love the app because I saw it on TikTok, but I downloaded it because the stories on TikTok never end and I thought the app

Every time I open the app it says it’s loading or not working and I can never log in or redownload it doesn’t work I would like to know how to fix it? Thanks
