I’ve been a Victoria’s Secret shopper for over 30 years! The app and website previously let you save your favorite items which makes the easiest shopping experience in my opinion! Sometimes people can’t afford to purchase the items when they want right when they see them! Sometimes I like to just look at the new items and see what I may want in the future! Being able to go back to your favorite items when you get a little spurge money makes for the upmost shopping experience! Please bring the f

I’m having troubles logging in what’s going on??

This app needs a refresh and update. It’s slow, has glitches, etc. And we can’t even save items to our favorites/wishlist. I love PINK and VS but I wish the app was better and simpler.

Well first off the clothes on this app is so expensive and so overpriced but the clothing is cute and it’s so hard to find stuff but the clothing here is cute and there is just some annoying things like the price and it’s confusing to work

Hello PINK, I just wanted to say I really like all of the designs,clothes,etc but, I really wanted to ask or request this but maybe can you think about creating a line for the tall girls like 6ft and above? I would love to buy the stuff you make but I don’t really know if you have the right sizes for me since I am a very tall girl and it’s hard to find leggings and other stuff for me to wear. Love Kay

Strange, I received a private message from @VS Mod in the community. Now when I click on it, I’m taken to start a moderator chat! Is this new? I don’t see an app update. Also, the app made me put in my password and then faceid worked after I signed out and back in.

I’ve been trying to use the app and it won’t even open, tried to update the app but I already have the latest version, does anybody have the same issue?

Love all the sales! Although I should be Christmas shopping for others I can't help buying for myself as well. Orders are always on time or early which is a bonus AND quality of apparel and any merchandise is excellent. Love VS and Pink!

As of this past week any time I go to click on an item I get a message box stating “It looks like something went wrong. There was an issue loading this product” I’ve been checking back in but so far nothing has been fixed nor has there been an app update. Please fix this. Other than this app has worked perfectly fine for me in the past!

I like to shop at VS for all my bras, panties, and slide-sandals. My wait in line has been excruciating. I’ve had to stand in line for up to 43 minutes @ Wolfchase Mall VS in Memphis, Tn. Good luck finding a store associate, it’s next to impossible. I love VS and I want to love the shopping experience as much as I love the stuff.

App is great! I love that they combined the vs cc on app so I don’t have to input my billing information every time i pay

EVERYTIME I USE THE APP AND SEE IF PUCKUP IN STORE AVAILABLE (it’s not). So I choose to be delivered to me. I get an email from victoriassecret.com saying my billing address has been update. Which I haven’t done. However when I go into the ordering & comenity account my billing address remains the same. Something in this app is triggering this email to be sent incorrectly to me

Unfortunately I was unable to use a coupon and when I asked so can’t with rep, poor responses and closed chat

I love shopping from pink and the saws they have. The quality of those clothes are awesome.

I love shopping in the app however I am annoyed that I satisfy the requirements of a offer and yet I still cannot redeem it! Also another frustrating thing is when I place a order and 4 or 5 days later they cancel items and say they are out of stock and if I used a offer for a free item with my purchase, I never get it because that too is cancelled because it becomes out of stock also. Then I just get disappointed and don’t get the item I ordered

I cant say anything negative about PN ❤️ VS needs to have more options for bigger women. All in all always a pleasant experience online.

The app glitches a lot but overall the features and ease of use are good!

The app is extremely slow and sometimes doesn’t load at all. It also makes my phone extremely hot… and Ik it’s not my phone cuz I have the newest iPhone and everything is up to date. No other app does this to my phone…

recently every time i’ve tried to log in to my account i get a message “Oops, something went wrong” but all my information is correct so it’s something wrong with the app/website itself

I ordered my purchase on the April 24th and it’s not going to be delivered until the May 3rd. I don’t understand why it’s a 9 day wait to receive my order. normally I just wait a few days and I get it yet now it’s so long which I don’t understand! it’s also very annoying since I spent over was $150

Haven’t been able to make a purchase through the app since December. I have updated the app with each new update, but it does not fix the issue. When I click “place order” the pink logo appears on screen for a couple seconds (like it’s loading) before timing out and taking me back to the same screen to press “place order”

I have had this app for a while now and now all of sudden with the update or something g nothing with load and it keeps saying it can’t retrieve my information and refresh or try again later!!! I can’t order anything or use the app!! This needs fixed!!!
