Pitch Analyzer App Reviews

Works well enough but some obvious improvements such as the ability to clear, add markers, infinitely scroll, playback audio, save, export midi (+ maybe a little ui cleanup) would make it perfect. I think the first three are top priority. I hope the developer considers them.

I agree with Brian. It works well but if you added a few more things it would be excellent, like some tuning, playback. I guess there's more room for that. It could be great, but actually I paid for,this and I got what I was expecting according to the description.

Okay! I have no real business reviewing this app as I am a brand new student to music (I played trumpet years ago but have forgotten everything, so I had to start over from scratch). I gave the app 3 stars because it definitely analyzes pitch (and seems to do so very well), but there is no way to review a session, current or past, so I'm struggling with understanding how to make this a helpful app. I need to be able to look at the whole picture (combining acoustic guitar and my singing) in ord

I assumed that the line behind the note indicator was showing the pitch relative to the nearest note but it doesn't.It is just the waveform of what the microphone currently hears. I bought the app to show my wife that she is singing off key and that many of her notes are sharp or flat but this app isn't cutting it.

As a non pro musician & instrument owner, this app does work to tell you exactly what pitch or note is sung or played & performs that duty well! I wish there were more options like, recording a longer stream of notes. I can use it as is for many things like tuning guitar & violin, testing the trueness of my singing tho. It's worth 2 bucks!

I love this app! I always come back to it! I use it for testing my range - and my friends’ ranges - seeing how low and how high I can go - and for producing music. If I have a note in my head, I sing it, find the name of the note (cuz I don’t have perfect pitch but I can come up with melodies) and then play it on the virtual piano or synth! Thanks for creating this

awesome app. I've tried several and this is just THE BEST for tuning my autoharp. would be great for any string like guitar, banjo, mandolin, etc.

Pretty cool! Simple, but effective. If I was going to add anything it would be some sort of indicator to show that your tone is weakening to help with breath support.

Purchased this yesterday and IT WILL NOT WORK! Very disappointing!!!!

I got this app to try and figure out exact notes for a piano part in a song. Even when the piano part is isolated and I have silenced every other source of sound, the app was too unreliable in telling me what piano notes were being played.
