I have had to download and delete the app quite a few times. Glitches and says error while I am trying to add to my order. Yet when I go back it is added. Or it’s not there.

The app is super easy to use and always comes in clutch!

Expiring points after six months is awful.

I placed an order for delivery, everything seemed fine, but it wouldn’t accept it without me entering a car color. Not sure why, it clearly said for delivery, and no place to enter a car color.

Easiest app ever

Reward points disappear after a certain amount of time! That’s super dumb. Pizza Hut Wings are also ridiculously expensive!!!!

This app was so easy and user friendly.

I can not find a way to redeem my points. Please help me to get the points. I always seem to get pushback when I try to order through the app.

The first character of my community’s gate code is a # which is not a valid character fir that field.

I want to know how can we add Spanish because I don’t see the option for it on the app.

I reached out to the huts rewards customer service because I have been having problems accessing my rewards. Customer service didn’t help at all and keep giving me the run around. When asked to speak to a manager they said no manager was available.

Love Pizza Hut -YUM! Just wish PayPal was an option for payment. Maybe in the future that will be an option. Looooove PIzza Hut’s Detroit Style pizzas and cheese pizza!

Love my Pizza Hut app! I use it all the time, meaning I have a good bit of points. But every time I try and use them to get a free pizza, wings, breadsticks, etc. it ALWAYS days there is a problem and won’t go through. Just wish someone could get it to working right.

Every time my family ever orders pizza, we order Pizza Hut. They have good deals, and the pizza is always delectable. Never once has Pizza Hut gotten our order wrong. I rate Pizza Hut a solid 5/5. I would do a 6/5 if I could.

We finally got a Pizza Hut this past month! Love the app bc after so much money spent on the orders, you get to choose from a variety of free items on their menu! I should also add that my hubby and I absolutely love Pizza Hut too lol.

The pizza is always so good, the delivery is extremely fast, I do live close but still that doesn’t say much anymore. The only complaint I have is one time I paid extra for pineapples and there were hardly any on the pizza, and every time I want them to leave the pizza at the door for contactless delivery, they always ring my doorbell and wait for me to answer.

I love the edge pizza, which I know is only temporary. Unfortunately, I normally deal with a different Pizza Hut but for some reason they chose to discontinue the edge. Hands down to Pizza Hut on Spring Garden!! You guys rock!!

No pizza like are bad

It keeps erroring out whenever I try to save my payment so I have to put it in again and again and again

It’s ok sometimes but when I try to look at my order history the apps crashes and go to my phones main screen.

The app sucks. Every time I try to open it, it crashes before I even get to the Home Screen. This prevents me from ordering and wanting to recommend Pizza Hut to others.

Lost almost 1000 reward points, no response from emails and inquiry. The app no longer saves payment info which is inconvenient. Also the tracking never finishes updating so you don't know if the person you ordered for got their pizza. We order a pizza every Sunday to be delivered to our nephew so imagine all the points we had before the app kept updating and now the points are gone! Also points aren't adding up currently so this app is just a joke really. I hope they greatly improve the user ex
