FINALLY… I feel heard. The Drs at PP truly care. They listen and take your thoughts into consideration when plotting a course of care. I will donate and come back to them again and again.

I saved a crazy amount of money (AND TIME!!) by using this app instead of visiting my old doctor to get my birth control. I currently have no insurance so I was definitely happy to find out about this service, and highly recommend it.

I never write reviews for anything but this app has been a true life saver! The feedback is always timely and efficient. My nearest in person location closed down awhile back and was moved nearly an hour away from where I live, so this app has been incredibly useful. You can tell the physicians and customer service representatives care about providing quality care and value your input.

Am temporarily in the US and needed to resupply my birth control. After looking into OTC options, my friend reminded me of PP & the app is so easy, so clear, and a real person replied to my message in actual minutes! I am so grateful this app exist. The services provided by Jennifer Cooper were very efficient and I was able to get my prescription within less than 24 hours from me requesting the services. Thank you for your speedy service, you are making a difference when it comes to parent hood planning.

The app is simple and I love that. The provider that helped me, Samala was very thorough and efficient. It definitely saved me time getting my BC from an online visit instead of waiting weeks for an appointment.

Within a day and a few messages and basic forms, I was approved for an entire year of birth control mailed in one shipment right to my house at no cost to me. I only wish I had known about this sooner. I will gladly recommend this process to anyone who needs it.

Highly recommend this app. It was a quick and easy consultation/chat for birth control. All my needs were taken into consideration. I have a really busy schedule, as I’m sure a lot of women do, but this has made it easy to have control over my life.

I’ve used the PP Direct app several times over the last few years for birth control, as well as a UTI. Clinicians have always been courteous and quick to respond, even on weekends! I can’t thank you enough for providing telehealth services through the app. Having the option of being able to take care of certain healthcare needs without having to reschedule your day around an in-person visit is wonderful.

This app made getting my birthcontrol so much easier!! I love it so much. The nurses are really nice and answer all your questions. I can also use the chat to ask a quick question.

I have been using planned parenthood app for two years and I’ve been prescribed birth control, which has been amazing. I have been able to talk to doctors directly. With my first birth control was not working for me it wasn’t a hassle to change it and I felt like I was being heard

Planned parenthood has helped me throughout the years. They are always nice and have different ways to use their services. The Telehealth is super easy and convenient.

I have used this app two years in a row now to get my years worth of birth control. The first year I had to pay a small fee but the second year they made it so that my insurance covered the whole visit! It is easy, convenient and the clinicians are so pleasant! Highly recommend!

I am so grateful for how much more accessible birth control is with this app. They’ve got such a great system from requesting / ordering to reviewing and prescribing to delivery. This app and its team of doctors and staff are the best!

Buggy, constantly have to login and it won’t save your password. I clearly made a mistake on intake forms because of the bugs and lagging and they denied me antibiotics because of it.
