I woke up with an issue related to a cold and I knew I needed to get to urgent care, but was dreading the thought of having to go into the office during cold and flu, season and waiting for hours and hours. I stumbled upon PlushCare and I cannot believe how easy this was and they took my insurance. The doctor was wonderful and I got treated quickly and I’m still in my pajamas. Technology is brilliant.

I highly recommend this service. I am overall very healthy, but when I have a minor illness or need this service, makes it very easy to get high-quality care from a doctor. Instead of waiting to see a physical doctor, I can get a same-day appointment and have a substantial conversation about what’s going on. I think this is a great service and recommended for anyone who has occasional health needs.

Despite not having seen him in over a year, he remembered me and my medical history, which made the experience feel very personalized and caring. Dr. Duque has an exceptional bedside manner, even virtually! He was patient, thorough, and took the time to address all of my concerns without making the appointment feel rushed. His ability to connect and make me feel heard, even over a virtual platform, is impressive.

This is wonderful! The appointments are often available the same day, there is a summary of the appointment, and if I have a question, it is answered quickly and thoroughly. The doctor I have is amazing, but I am sure so are the others. I can recommend this to anyone!

I discovered Dr Bourne with Plush recently to help with some ongoing probs with anxiety, insomnia, etc. It’s hard to discuss sometimes due to the very personal, subjective, & at times complex nature of the problem. Plush care saved the day on my blood pressure medication refill. Being between primary care doctors and traveling for employment have made regular doctors appointments and obtaining my prescriptions very difficult the past few years. Plush care was easy ! I was treated with respect, educated on my condition/medications, and care was provided in a timely manner. I wish I would have known about plush before today. Would recommend to anyone out there who doesn’t have a PCP already.
