Pocket FM: Audio Series App Reviews

I watch my ads each day to unlock chapters but the recent update now says I can’t unlock new chapters until January. It’s August! Also, buying coins is pointless because then you lose the number of free episodes. I enjoy the story but purchasing is counterintuitive.

Great I really like listening to the stories but if you most likely like to listen to it on long road trips, if you wanna keep listening to your episodes, you’re gonna have to pay

Can you please cut down on the number of ads we have to watch to go on to the next series. It’s ridiculous for people who want to listen without a lot of distractions. Also making up wait so many hours before we get to see the hear the next series. 1 or / add isn’t a problem, but 17 ads is ridiculous. I’ve been debating on deleting this app , beca of that. I want to stay untuned with the stories. Not a bunch of ads….. I don’t have time to keep my phone out at work yo skip through 20 ads. Fix or

I love the stories I just don’t like to pay for it so I listen to the ads. Sometimes when I’m about to get through all the ads it erases and starts again and is very frustrating. Another reason is that it starts out with small amount of coins then it goes higher. The higher it goes the more ads you have to watch. I’m not about to see that many ads. I’m just going to finish this story because I’m hooked and that’s about it.

I love this app and I was lucky to to find it and it is so amazing and it is completely free . I been using it for a week . P

I am enjoying the 3 that I’m listening to but when will they end. I would like to listen to more but these are like soap opera, never ending. How can I enjoy more when they don’t end like a book does?

It’s great to listen to the stories it gets me through my days at work my only complaint is you get into the stories and the costs are expensive to keep listening

Ahead of the market with AI audio book. Very impressive for authors and enjoyable for readers. You should feel proud of this app whoever created this

I love this app but for the last hour I have been watching ads to unlock episodes and 3/4 of the way to being finished, the app goes back to the unlock for more episodes and makes me start completely over. I don’t have time to watch these ads to start with let alone watch all of them all over again. Pocket FM…DO BETTER. The story I’ve been listening to isn’t worth watching all the ads twice. If this continues, I’ll delete the app. Please make this right. Then 5 stars!! Can’t find customer

I am listening to the first story but if I don’t buy coin I need to wait till the following day to resume the story. Just annoying.

It would be much more enjoyable if the segments where longer. You offer for free but to get all segments you have to pay

I love this app. It is where I go to destress. Some of the voices are so soothing. I love a good “gangster” style story with “soft hearts” in it. The only problem I have is…you are supposedly getting 2 episodes per day, but if you come back tomorrow and click on the last episode you listened to…it only gives you 1 new episode before you have to get more coins. Not really complaining, just brining it to your attention. Thanks for the stories.

I love this app… you just don’t get enough episodes for watching ads…to watch 8 ads for 1ep 7 to 8 min is a complete rip off…then you can’t buy the a whole book

I think you should get more than one episode a day and I have to watch nine videos to only get a partial segment too much but love the stories

Would be better to get the whole book at one time rather than having to wait for days to get the rest of it.

For those that want to use the free side of the app like myself you should know that you only get maybe 1 or 2 free episodes dryly and it’s a major draw back other than that I really enjoy the app

I think that the shows should be free since you only get to watch live certain times I think you should be free

I’m really disappointed about the newest update I’m currently listening to three books before the new update. I used to have 5 to 7 chapters unlocked every day now it’s only two a day that’s annoying and I’m about to uninstall the app because it’s a waste of time now. I have had the app for over two years.

Somehow I have lost my place as far as episodes I have listened to, for instance I was listening to episode 64 I my now back to the beginning. This has happened to all the different stories I had listened to.??? Thank you your fix did work I have recovered my lost episodes. 👍🙋‍♂️

I got hooked on the story i saw on the ads that showed on my facebook. But looking at it, its going to be expensive to listen for more. Im just going to finish listening to this one and go back to podcasts.

I like some of the stories but other ones I can’t get into because the people who speak them are not the greatest readers but I’d like another way that’s free to get coins. Also, I can’t open up the offer wall. All I get is a constant buffering, and then I had to exit the app and come back.

This app is all about MONEY the outrageous amount of money it cost to pay for a few. One title I waited a whole week to listen to next couple of episodes never came so I’m just stuck on that last chapter I listened to. I enjoy the different books I’ve downloaded but geez your only giving out 2 free episodes per book at least let them be available.

This is a way to make ppl buy points. Not happy about it might delete the app if this continues
