Pocket GM 2: Football Sim App Reviews

My game won’t open occasionally. I’ll press the “load game” option and it’ll close me out of the whole game. To make it worse, I don’t get any of my teams back… I love this game and have spent wayyy over the recommended amount of hours on this game. Just fix that please!💯

Learned alot about football contracts and cap considerations from this game. Despite the title saying ‘21’, the game doesn’t havecontent related to any particular NFL season. So it’s basically a good game to pick up whenever you happen to be reading this!

Pocket GM2 is a great & fast way to manage a realistic roster and only have control of the game as a GM would. App is great to use, clean layout, and never gets old. One thing I would fix is the QB salary cap hit when they continue to go unsigned (they never decrease in value). Great game, thanks for making 🏈

I personally love simulation games. This game is excellent. A few things that would make this game better. With the player stats page, please on the next one, split the teams stats up instead of combining all of them together. Also, too many QBs are 5’11 lol. That will be great to have more 6 foot QBs as there are not a ton of 5’11 QBs.

Not only is the game excellent - the developer and community surrounding the game on Reddit is incredible. This is the best gm game out there for any sport.

Hundreds of hours of play at this point at every level and I’m still not getting tired of it. While i love the challenging modes, running air raid offense with a great qb on easy with injuries and min player rule off is the best. There have been seasons where my qb had 7000 yards and 70 TDs on that mode haha. Even though it’s less rewarding there’s something awesome about having god-like seasons that could never happen. Is there a new game coming??? I’m can’t wait to see what’s next

Can you make it so we can edit players in the draft pool? Names age and everything else? And maybe add a bio option where we have the option to write a bio for players.

When is there gonna be a update for the 2023 season

It seems like every season there is one game in which the offense drops the ball completely, whether they’re 89 ovr or 97 ovr. It’s kinda annoying and makes the sim predictable at times. I hope it’s a truly free simulator in the next edition. Seems like this sim just tries to work within boundaries set by the creator and the boundaries limit how good this game can get.

There has got to be a way for teams to value the QB position more. Teams will drop 93 overall QBs, but the kicker is the team will do as good if not better and they only have a 70 overall QB. This is the most unrealistic part of this game. It honestly the part that leaves me from leaving a perfect review.

Off the top of my head I’d say great game. Definitely sunk quite a bit of hours into it but I’d like to see pro style offense do better. I mean you’ve got a 92 QB, 92, 87 RB, 99,87,87 WR, and 84,80 TE. Yet the passings yards are barely touching 200 yards and rushing barely hits 100 every game. I’d be fine if it was every other game but cmon. It’s pretty weak and I figured it would be a balance of games with big pass yards then games with big rush yardage.

Love Pocket GM 2021!!!! Looking forward to release of Pocket GM 2022. If possible would request there be a way to know how many & what draft picks your team has easily displayed somewhere.

I love this game. Helps me pass time at work and actually makes me think. I just hope there's a new one coming out

Incredible game. I love madden franchise and this is basically it in my pocket. If I had to change anything I would definitely add a fantasy draft.

Just did a 4 hr flight that legit felt like 1 hr. Great offline time killer and uses your brain.

This is the best football management app I’ve played, only issue I have is at a certain point I’m unable to use the trade block or sign free agents.. the game just won’t let me, it has to be a bug.

Started a new season at Draft with a loaded roster set, once draft was over, game crashes. When I go to load, new owner screen comes up, Hit Continue and game kicks me out.

I love the style of game this app has become and I countless hours on this app. I believe you should try and do other sports like hockey and basketball or etc with the same style concept of app.

Ive had 4 super bowl runs in a row and lost every one. And I’ve had other files where I make the Super Bowl. But I’ve never won. Why?

Hey can we add a version for MacBook

I am enjoying the game but it unfortunately keeps crashing for me after one season. If it gets fixed I will upgrade rating to 5 stars. Not sure if this is a problem with my phone or the game since I have no other problems.

I love this game and Avery thing is great but I won’t let like three weeks of preseason.

This is easily the best football gm game out there right now. I would love to see a game for 2022 and see if they have any new ideas.

Really awesome sim. Developer seems to work on updates often, is active and listens to the community and is open about when stuff is coming out. The type of game you can pick up a few minutes at a time or play a whole season in a sitting.

Wouldn’t stadium food, ticket pricing, and rebuilding be cool? I just wish it was a more owner feel than general manager. Don’t get me wrong, I love this game but I’m just a greedy never good enough customer.

Been playing since the early on in the first version. It’s always been great, but after all the updates it stands alone as the best football GM sim out there, IMO. Shoutout to the developer that has done an amazing job here.

I’ve played but about every football since out there and this is by far the best, in year 2067 with 6 Super Bowls and I love it, it’s the only game I play

I love the concept of the game. It just don’t understand how I can have a 86 overall team and win 5 games?? That doesn’t make sense to me

I enjoy the game a lot but I hate that tiebreakers don’t apply in this game it bothers also I hate that I can’t change my characters eyes it bothers me but that’s just a small issue the tie breaker being non existent is what really bothers me
