This app gives so much info with a very simple display. This is the first app I check when deciding when to take the boat out. While I am on the water I make it part of my routine to check the app to see what to expect in the following hours and days. This is one of my must have apps to go sailing with.

Excellent app. Easy to use. Information is accurate and reliable

Simple and fantastic. Mark an area on a chart. Download. Couldn't be easier. Standard GRIB format. Move cursor to a spot and gives more detailed data. Data refresh fast.

We have used this in conjunction with NOAA weather and it has been pretty accurate when checked with current conditions. I would caution as it is only good out about 36-48 hours.

This is one of the key apps that I use for sailing. Excellent app, reliable, easy to use.

This is really good. My only problem is that so far I can't seem to figure out how to get wave info

We have used pocket grub daily for route and timing planning. Only disappointment so far has been the lack of updated data for checking last minute before early morning departures . Otherwise easy to use, smooth animation and clear graphics.

I use this app mainly for wind prediction (I am a sailer) and have found it be accurate and very easy to use.

This is an easy to use app that provides detailed, accurate information. We're currently sailing Fiji, and Pocket Grib is a valuable tool.

I am looking at it now and it shows 5-10 at the south tower of the Golden Gate Bridge. It's blowing 25-30 and has been all after noon.

I say again "I'm a meteorologist due to PocketGrib"

This does a wonderful job of displaying the weather forecast hour by hour. While it is designed for sailors with low bandwidth high cost communications it also works those of of with cheap hi bandwidth networks on land.

Been using this for several years and have found it invaluable.

I use it for boating but it is useful for anyone that understands Grib files and wants to check the NOAA models.

PocketGrib uses the GFS model (US source). Nothing fancy, quick to load, easy to interpret.

While other apps may be more graphic and engaging, I like the simplicity of PocketGrib. Nothing tricky...just the data I need.

About the best long range weather forecast I’ve ever used I would say 90 percent accurate Forty plus years on the North Atlantic

I have used this app for years. When I think about a passage I go here to check the conditions I will encounter. Easy to use. High on my list of really good apps.
