This game is fun but it loses service a lot, sometimes when I am in the middle of a huge pot. It is very frustrating

Love the game but i think we should be able to play at any level. Also i think people that are saying nasty things to others should be automatically removed.

I know a single senior who is74 and see what’s going on. You see I play th we game to calm down from awful pain. But thanks I’m going to have to guit soon cannot afford this and wsps to really l I love that game but it seems to players are ganging up on me. They don’t like women playing cards. No help and they just string you along,as much as I like this Poker,Support does not help you,it’s been one year that my Special Collection Chairs disappeared from my inventory,it’s been back n forth,and still have not got my chairs back,I asked them how or why this has happened,and no reply.Since this seems to be a Technical problem,if they cannot give my chairs back,I should be Compensated with Poker Chips.

I do like the game. It’s just that after being on longer than 10 or so minutes, the game crashes and I’m out. Then even though I’m trying to get back on the app, you let my avatar keep playing which loses me coins. It’s very frustrating. Please fix it.

When playing slots the other evening my couter said I won 500 billion coins. When I went back to “home” these winnings diaspeared. When I complained they responded I had only won 50 billion. I have no way to prove otherwise but in this discussion they sent me notice that I had won coins via “mystery quest”. I have never received these. When I inquired they quit responding.

Thought this was a free game when I started. Now costing me $$ every day. Will be kicking my habit soon. Also when “searching for network” comes up, mysteriously some of my $$ disappears. Now that I am paying, it’s not cool!

A week or so ago, maybe more , I decided it was time to pay you guys for my playing time . I started w $.99. . Repeated it enough to get to @$7. The last time I put money in, I got ghosted. As inn zero$$.

Their should be more than two large options besides 1,000,000buy in and 10,000,000 buy in. How about 2,000,000 and 3,000,000

Your game is great and a lot of good people! But you have taken almost all my chips. First it was a billion when I left the table. Now it’s 100 million when I join the table. I can’t see buying more chips when you just take them. I give up!!! Over 7 billion chips you have taken. Now I can’t play with my friends on the high table. I don’t understand why? I see you won’t replace them you won’t even respond back to me! Good luck and take care.

Continues to freeze up in the middle of games. Very discerning, and you never get your money back.

I love this and probably spend too much time playing it - which doesn’t bother me in the slightest. I’ve had a couple issues bothering me about the game lately. 1st, I see people sit out for a hand or two and I can’t figure out how to do that. I wish that was easier to access. 2nd, when I went to the app recently I see none of the opponents, just chairs and their hands if they show them. I hope this is a simple bug fix issue. Betting on blackjack Needs to be adjustable by user otherwise love it!!!

The payout on a poker tournament is so low it takes away from the fun. When someone goes all in blindly with the last of their funds, they'll almost always make a hand to beat yours. The high minimum bet on blackjack is based on total funds you have and doesn't allow you to choose an amount to bring to the table. Game has bugs.
