Level 3 impossible to complete

I can’t even complete level 3 because of the STUPID AI keeps driving into the tow trucks ramps make the AI pull to the side and have the whole road be closed down

Why is there no first person? Just move the camera to the cops head but forward a little to avoid awkward views
