Pose Tool 3D App Reviews

Works great. Been using for like three years now. Tried out other posers, they’re just not as efficient or satisfying to use. Great app. However it is not perfect. Wish you could add multiple bodies in one scene and actually name the poses that you save so you can identify them beyond numerals. Also th screenshot function isn’t working.

Works very well! A slight learning curve is required as to how to move limbs. Has many options for posing figures and making avatars, such as lighting, skin color, body type and composition, male/female, and many more. Highly recommend if you need such a resource for art, etc.

Once you get used to controls it works easily enough to do what I want and need. It would be nice to have a few features like hair/clothes and to only have rotation that is physically possible, but I understand why someone may want that. Also to stop movement when it hits another part of the body so the arm isn’t going through torso, but again, I can understand why someone may need that. Above all having an undo button would be ideal. Overall, it works for what I need and want it to do.

Overall incredibly handy!! Little bit of a learning curve to get used to the spheres to adjust body parts. I’d love more advanced controls for the body type, though — at least an option to adjust the height, if not the weight as well. Slider controls for height and weight would be AMAZING! The ability to more finely pose the fingers would also be nice, as right now I use a second posing app for more nuanced hand positions.

I never leave reviews, but I absolutely love this app. It’s perfect for what it has now and I look forward to more updates. I would love some more clothing options, perhaps just base jeans\t-shirts\collared shirts. Maybe some muscle manipulation.

I love the app but it’s really really slow at posing , I don’t understand why we can’t move the model around with are pen like with the MagicPoser app and we have to use sliders, it just defeats the purpose of making posing models faster by adding a pose slider, even posing toes and hands are difficult. And the new poses added really wasn’t necessary

There’s no reason all 3d and pose apps shouldn’t have obj export and import.

So far after using this app for the time I had it, I can say that this app has been a very helpful tool. It helps to fill in the void or the blanks that my imagination just can’t fill. Such as finding out how a certain pose will look. And with the props I can better understand how to draw figures holding objects.

This tool is one of the most useful and well thought out tools for this type of app and purpose I’ve seen. The once you get used to what controls move what axis, the possibilities are endless. I thoroughly enjoy being able to see the emotions I want to portray with body language come to life. My suggestions for possible updates would be to be able to change the heights so you could see the effect of different heights on each other when using multiple bodies. Hands down this app is best of the best when it comes to posing figures for artists. Blows all other apps out of the water.

Wish I could save pose to photos but still good. Please give option to save to photo file.

I've screwed up many a pose by accidentally pressing the static pose button, please fix this

I love the recent updates with perspective, very handy! But I wish it would give me a pose preview as the names are basically useless. A miniature screen cap of the pose 64x64 would be better than nothing at all!

Please give us a horizon line, as well as a grid for the ground.

This is a must for any painter. This tool would be perfect if we could export an .obj file like Daz 3D do. Please add this option and I swear, we would use this extensively in the 3D industry as a great mockup tool. Thanks!

How can I dress it up ? I wish I can

Not bad for basic poses. Takes a little while to get used to. Clicking body parts by accident when tumbling model then hitting arrows with no undo. Would also be nice to export with a transparent background option.

I'm a pro illustrator but some extreme angles are just too hard to visualize. Could hire a model for an hour OR USE THIS APP!

Very cool tool for posing for drawing but does need a few items like if you move the figure in the wrong direction should be undo button and be nice to layer a picture to copy a position of a photo but those could be in the update. great program

Those icons in the lower right menu are tough to decipher. Why not just have words? Please? Maybe include some pre-installed poses to get us started and save some time.

This applications is great for artist . It only missing the ability for animation .

Great tool for animators. In terms of user experience, it's a triumph.

I like this app, I would love it if it had a gesture mode where it would randomly display a new pose based on a timer setting.

Very slow to pose, difficult to get the legs/feet to look good without IK. Could be great with some tweaks.

On a real human body, if you raise one arm, that should be higher than the one that is is not raised. On this model, the opposite occurs.
