I like this service when I get occasional fast food cravings. It delivers well.

I use the app all the time but if you get delivery the fees are pretty ridiculous. The app says no delivery fee but then smacks you with service fees anyway! (Up to $10 in fees too!!!)

I use postmates a lot, wish I would just switch over to DoorDash already. I’ve used Doordash twice and both times were incredibly more efficient than the hundred+ times I’ve used postmates. Doordash has better options, the postmates “estimated delivery time” is never correct and I always end up getting my order much much later, both platforms are still very very expensive (paid $23 for $6 meal, this is very often times the case), overall I still use it often and I don’t know why since I’m very d

So we’ve all lost our card, etc. every other food delivery company does not accept banks anymore. I finally found one that does. Depending on what I want (they may not go to a store of choice in a certain case) I’m going to use this app. As for the app itself, it’s no different than any other in how you navigate it, but the bank account being accepted did it for me. please, postmates do not get rid of allowing a bank account!

Great service overall

I love the variety on the Postmate App! There was a glitch with the App on 8/16 that hasn’t been resolvedI’m handicapped thus a three-star score.

I want to emphasize I NEVER leave reviews and have been using Postmates for years. They used to be good however starting in 2024 they have absolutely gone down the drain. Every order takes minimum over an hour to be delivered and most of the time they are missing an item at which point it’s a hassle to try to get a “refund” (Postmates credit)….. very disappointed and I’m sure they do not have a comprehensible customer support team to even care about my review or act on it….. If the restaurant doesn’t give you the food, postmates/uber eats doesn’t give you the money back they just keep it and steal it from you. Sad to see this with one big corporation like this one. Switch to doordash for sure!

Postmates offered a $10 off discount if I linked my Uber and Postmates account via phone number. Was never given a discount code.

There are often not deliver drivers available to the restaurants we want. Also, less customization options for orders compared to other delivery apps. They commonly have better prices though with their frequent deals.

Too many people steal food on doordash so i like this way better

App was easy to use and are ALOT CHEAPER THEN THE OTHER DELIVERY SERVICES THAT IS FOR SURE. Driver don’t know yet and how fast gave 23% tip . Don’t understand how you tip some one with out know what kind of service they will be providing.. like LYFT @ the end of YOUR RIDE U CAN GIVE A TIP..! Some thing to think about. If driver are worried about not getting tips after service then they @&$? or the person ordering is a CHEAP $@%?&.

It’s been doing this for a few days now. Every time I try to pick a combo and it on the requirements I keep clicking on what I want and it doesn’t accept it!!!! PLEASE I KNOW YOU GUYS READ THIS FIX IT!!!!!! I feel like this is being done on purpose for you guys to get more money out of everyone which is rude

PostMates delivery is faster, fresher and the delivery is always on point. My food is always perfect, making our choice for food delivery when we don’t even want to make sandwiches, PostMates every time!

Originally, the order was going to cost 60$ for much less until I was offered 25$ off. I’ve ordered through courier services for years, Grubhub, Postmates, door dash etc. never have my two chicken bowls and nacho and queso ever costed more than 30$ and I always tip well. So I appreciate the effort, as we wouldn’t have ordered again otherwise. Thanks again!

I loved Postmates before they merged with UberEats. Yes, there are more options. But the reliability and service has gone down considerably. The biggest issue is that we’re no longer able to contact anyone if there is an urgent issue (ie something that can be fixed or managed immediately).

Fees take away from any deal given, a necessary app for a challenging time, fees equal an extra meal in most cases

I’ve been struggling with this app for months. It will not let me add ccs, use my PayPal, or Apple Pay. All of the ccs on my account are so old the exp date has passed, but it also won’t let me delete those.

The navigation is not accurate. I have to walk away from my address to pick up my order. I wish the navigation was better to make it easier for the drivers and myself

It doesn’t matter if your food isn’t delivered for an extended period of time, or you’re given the wrong order, I still can’t find a way to speak to a live person in real time. They ask you curated questions and only give you the option (if any) to send a request and wait for an email response. Stick with DoorDash.
