This app is amazing ! Better then other apps like UPS or DHL! Wow. I now use PostNord for all my shipping in Sweden! Thanks PostNord , keep up the great work!

The idea may have seen good at the time…

To have a fully digital solution is a great idea - WHEN ITS WORKING! I recently tried to open a box with the app- but the door newer opened. Instead the app told my that the packet has been delivered☹️ The app doesn’t have any information about what to do if something goes wrong 😑 Now you need to contact a human being for support. Then it takes forever ♾ to have your parcel 📦 So this app might need some adjustments on how to find help easy!!

Identify with MitID Doesn’t Work

Had another person who wished me to pick up a package on their behalf use the Identify with MitID function, but just receive “ Unhandled exception” after signing in and entering their CPR number.
