This app is solid. Works well, incredibly easy to navigate and easy to load funds. Charging is simple, plug in, scan, start. I use through work so charging is subsidized and at a reduced rate. Station charges 17kwh in 2hrs on my jeep

The location access bug has been fixed, or at least the app doesn’t bug me any more about limiting location access. All the necessary features are present - rate of charge, etc - and when I reported a few broken stations in my area they were fixed fairly quickly.

I parked my car in a spot and it says free just use this app. It’s not charging and they keep trying to charge my Credit card $50. I called support and they were friendly and they fixed the issue. App response says the put hold on credit card till charging done. But it’s free - should know not to charge -Period.

Everything went well except for the $50.00 deposit that will be refunded. I wished there’s nothing like this like the other charging station. Please refund the $50.00 ASAP. Thanks.

PowerFlex is the most economical option to charge a car in Bay Area! Mine is a hybrid so it takes almost 3 hrs to charge and it costs only $1.50 max.. prefer PowerFlex to any other charging service operator like ChargePoint, EVgo, etc

The app does what it needs to do. The interface is clean and aesthetically pleasing. I’m looking forward to the pay-as-you-go feature. The PowerFlex team is very responsive and constantly updating the app, which is a great sign!

1) Why do I have a notification icon on the app all the time? 2) Why does the app not tell me that the charge is finished (when I use “continue charge” but the vehicle is 100% charges)? As a result, coworkers don’t move their car because they don’t know it’s done.

Upgrades over time have improved the app tremendously and it’s a way to interact with the charging stations on their network.

I always use this app for my changing needs.

Love the new app. The prior one was fine but this one checks all the boxes. I am huge fan of Powerflex’s unique approach to load balancing, which is good for the grid.

For the love of god, please stop playing your annoying little sound over Bluetooth and stopping my podcast whenever you recognize a QR code. I get it, it's recognized, I can see that—you just displayed an entirely new screen for me to confirm to start charging. There's no way to turn it off either.

App is unlike any other EV app in that it will not charge you the exact cost of charging. Instead they force you to charge to your app "wallet" in $5 or $10 increments. This is clearly an effort to nickle and dime all the users. Avoid this app if possible.

This has potential to be a great app and charging network, but right now it is neither. These are installed in my office garage and often chargers either fail to be online or go offline in the middle of a charge. With the app, it often fails to refresh (often when a charger fails mid-charge or goes offline) and fails to account for many newer and specific vehicle types and trims. The charge configuration settings are often very buggy and unintuitive.

So frustrating that I skipped charging. There is no pay as you go option. The app wanted me to estimate how much power I was going to use in advance and then preload credit to my account. Why not just charge a credit card based on actual usage? I don’t want to load up an account with more money than I need to spend because I have no idea how long it will be until I need to use this app again.

First you need to create an account, then they ask you how many KW/H you’re going to need to fill up and how long you’re going to take! Most people have no idea I’ve never seen any other app ask. Then you have to preload money (which forces you to use only their app/chargers), then scan a QR code to start charging. They could have simplified the process. Open the app, scan the QR code on the charger, select your billing (Apple Pay or paypal) then start the charge
