Great app easy to use and very accurate !!

My first year with precip and I have found the rain fall to be very accurate. My first snowfall was measured on app at 14”. Probably twice what I received. Disappointed with the heavily inflated number.

I love how accurate this app’s measurements have been.

Precip is my “go to app” for checking snow/rainfall in for my personal recreation use. Still learning to expand my use and its features. I just love love love it. Thanks Precip creators.

This is the best resource for snow forecast!

I got 6.5” of snow this weekend and it’s really reliable when you want to know the exact snow totals for your town.

I downloaded the free version for a while until snow accumulations showed me how well this Precip app works. I opted for subscription package and will continue to use until I see a reason to cancel. I am optimistic.

Always wondering how much rain we get and now I know!

Syracuse, NY just had 24” (according to NOAA and Syracuse.com) and 59” in December. Precip indicates 13.7”? Why is Precip so far off? Hamilton, NY (where I used to live) shows 17” and missed the brunt of what hit Syracuse. I do like the idea of this app but am not convinced I can trust it.

This is the best app I’ve found for measuring rainfall.

The precipitation amounts are no doubt not completely accurate but they were close enough that watching the amount of rain in various locations that flow into our river helped us know we needed to take action to prepare for flooding, more that any other resource we have found. We were able to get everything out of the lower level of our house in time to avoid losing anything and to make cleanup easier. I highly recommend this!

I always wonder about the accuracy of apps like this one. I work outside for a living and rely heavily upon accurate weather information as part of my daily routine. I have found this app to be within less than 1/4” of on site gauges. This app is every bit as good as advertised!!

Very handy for when you want to talk to the farmers at the qwik shop

I can’t wait to use this during the winter when the rain amounts are high and I can make sure that the lawn is watered properly during the summer so this looks like a real winner!

Check precipitation at each farm at my finger tips

This has been a terrific app for keeping track of the rainfall at my home. I can monitor the amount of rain and determine whether or not I need to activate my sprinkler system even when on the road. Much appreciated and I would not mind paying a fee if I needed more than one location but only need this for my home. Many thanks !

Great idea, and great app, when it works. My locations haven’t worked for the last couple of weeks. Tried deleting and re-adding to no avail. Disappointing because it is great idea just poor execution.

I updated the app on Saturday after they said they fixed this issue, but its not fixed for me. You get one look at whatever data you want to look at and then when you try to click on something else, it crashes. Its a shame because its a really good app if they could fix this.

I am not paying for something that works 35% of the time.
