A great wat to learn yoga
This app provides a great way to stretch during anytime of the day. It does a great job of walking you through the exercises. The videos are easy to follow and informative. I feel so much better, less stressed, and more flexible now that I use this app to do yoga everyday

Not too hard not too easy. So this is perfect for me, help me focus, to concentrate and keep me healthy. I believe it's perfect for traveler who would like to get a quick yoga session in hotel before the start thier day.

Great workouts while pregnant
This app is awesome, easy, fun and not stressfull on my body. It doesn't take much time away from my day and I feel much better afterwards. It's definitely the best yoga app out there and great value for money
Really best exercises guide app
It is a grate yoga exercise guide app for iPhone. I use daily morning, I learn many yoga with this app really happy to use this app. It has video guide so very easy to learn with step by step guide. It has many facilities for our body health. I thank again to this app developer.
good workout
Great for stretching, getting the blood flowing. Circulation is really important during pregnancy and this definitely helps as well as keeping you active. If it was to much or to strenuous I just substitute for something easier and try it again next time. Definitely gonna be my go to workout!

Pretty lousy...
There are no verbal instructions so you have to look at the screen the whole time. It's not always easy to tell what the model is doing - again, lack of verbal clarifications are a problem. Some poses are shown incorrectly, e.g knees going past toes in a lunge which can lead to knee injury. And the poses are only held for a few seconds, not long enough to feel a benefit.
