PLT has a lot of cute stuff I love shopping on here but the app always glitches. I’m trying to stuff to my cart and it only adds one of the items and the other item disappears. Also, when I go to check out it says please try again late. Please fix this app.

I just want to add things to my cart and everytime I add something new, it deletes the previous item so I can only have one thing. Idk what to do since my apps is up-to-date

The app is so slow and takes me years just to add things to cart or go through my likes. I had to delete the app because shopping through the browser website is better.

Somehow, I have been logged out of the app and whenever I try to log back in, it’s says my email or password is incorrect which I know it isn’t because I used the same login on the website and I am able to get in. There has been two updates and I’m still not able to log into the app.

I can’t delete items that I’ve already purchased out of my shopping cart. It still saying 6 items and when I go to delete it doesn’t remove. I also can’t review all my saved items I’ll scroll to the bottom and then it’ll show me the same clothes from the top. These issues have been going on for some time and I even removed the app, updated it and everything . I love plt but there’s way something wrong with the app

The app could definitely be better. It’s pretty slow and i wish there was an option where you could change the view of your wishlist to look at it in multiple rows and not just straight down. I also wish there was a way for us to get points from shopping cus i do a-lot of shopping on there.

Good app just needs to stop removing items from my bag.

Before the app was very fast but now it’s very slow, please fix that.

I love this site and I would spend more time looking around if it wasn’t for the glitches!! It’s a hit and miss experience…As a matter of fact, I’ve been trying all morning to access my selected items. The touchscreen doesn’t seem to play well with your site :/

I love PLT so much, the clothing is awesome, clothing quality is perfect, and I just love everything about the app. I haven’t encountered any problems with the app yet and I recommend this app so much!!

As a plus size girly, I can confidently say that PLT has given me such confidence to dress cute. They have the BEST plus size section I’ve ever come across at such a great price. All the other plus size stores I’ve come across give us granny vibes while PLT stays giving us LEWKKSS. Their sizing is consistent and their quality is good. Big fan!

Why is this app not letting me order

I love their clothes and have been shopping with them for a min but the app is glitching really bad and makes my phone run hot

I like the options they offer, but the app is sooooo slow and it glitches a lot. I often have to open and close the app, it makes shopping so much harder and takes longer than it should

The girls love PLT but the app is not the greatest with all the glitches that makes the shopping experiences difficult. On top of the glitches PLT clothing runs very different, it would be helpful to have customer reviews for references so ppl know how the clothes run. Overall it’s a great women’s clothing store but needs more help with the app to make the shopping experiences better and easier!

The app has a bunch of glitches. Each time you want to scroll to see the items the app takes forever to load up the pictures. Also if the app logs you out it takes a huge while to sign in again. Then when you have things on your cart the app glitches and takes a while to process so your items may be sold out. Clearly the app needs some improvement. However it has good things like you can keep the items in your cart and the wishlist that you keep adding your favorite items.

I absolute love PLT but the app glitches way too much which makes it very difficult to shop and ruins the whole experience I’ll change my mind by the time I find something because it takes so long to load and if I want to delete something off my wishlist that’s like for eg out of stock the page keeps swiping up like what that’s so annoying. Please have your tech team look at this ASAP.

The app is great for finding cute outfits at a reasonable price, but deleting items off your wish list is a nightmare. It’s glitchy and it doesn’t work properly. I really hope the developers fix this.

The app is delayed, even after updating it. It’s very annoying

not only is the name so suited for this whole company, but omg… thank you for keeping the items that are out of stock still in my wishlist, bc i would love to go again & have the opportunity to buy ! another thing… LETS TALK ABOUT THE CATWALK VIDEOS !! hello!!! it’s so so smart! i would recommend cat walk videos in the same way but different body shapes too! it can be helpful for others ! it’s all about the touch ! thank you for keeping cute clothes up ! it’s really a RANGE of selections! lots o

The app would be great if it didn’t crash all the time. I had a basket full of things ready to buy and it got rid of my entire basket and wishlist items. And this happens frequently. I end up not buying because I don’t want to search for everything again.

The app is glitchy, you will add stuff to the cart and it will not be there. Wishlist is empty even though things have been saved. The website is better!

The app just does not work. I can add stuff to my wishlist all day but can't add nor delete thing from my cart. The checkout also doesn't work, whenever I try to a message pops up saying "Hey girl, there was a issue checking out. Please try again later". That's been like that for months no matter how many times I update, nothing changes.
