app was sorta buggy the messaging thing would just not work sometimes so you would have to restart the app and the internet would cut out sometimes???
No tech support
Here’s hoping you never need to make any changes to your account. Due to identity theft, I need to change my userid, but there is absolutely no tech support at Princess. They direct all your inquiries to their cruise travel support. Their customer support can help you book an excursion or make a dinner reservation, but if you need to change or update your userid, they’re useless
Great App A couple suggestions
Lots of great features around scheduling and excursions. Would be great to have the ability to export a ship event or an excursion to my Apple Calendar. This way I can leverage alerts and such. Also a personal place to add private scheduled events to My Journey schedule. Example Expedia Cruises set up concerts, would be nice to see those in My Journey schedule. Also personal events like “Meet up with Paul and Mary, Lido Pool, 11:30, Day 3”. A nice unified journey schedule would be a great t
Works GREAT
There is nothing that doesn’t work on the app.
Check in, dinner reservations, deck plans, locate ship mates, navigate to a specific place on the ship, itinerary and port info, upload travel documents and picture ETC
No need to bash the app
How do you pay?
There is no where on the app or Princess.com to find out how much you still owe and no where to pay for the cruise?
Did they forget something?
Can’t print luggage tags
IOS 16.7.5 print button doesn’t do anything. Works fine on old medallion app.

AWFUL
Absolutely awful. Day of my cruise, no port info available. No spa services to book through app. Linked party members with outdated or missing journey info. Just about everything that actually matters you have to go to a computer to do. Absolutely pointless app in its ability to help manage your cruise.
Dinner reservations impossible on this app
We board in two weeks and I’ve been trying to make dinner reservations for more than a month with no success. I hope the app works better onboard than it does ahead of the cruise.
Poor app
Too many pieces of this doesn’t work most of the time. Very very frustrating.
Captains Circle level not correct
This will be my second cruise at the Platinum level but the app is stuck at Ruby. Can you fix this bug so it updates the level correctly?
