Princess Polly!

The app is super easy to use and I love that they have a page about discount codes! Students can save money which is always super helpful!! Customer service has been very nice and understanding. Love it!!

I LOVE princess polly as a brand and their app is so easy and convenient to use! I recommend signing up for their email and text notifs so you can save and get great offers and discounts. Most of my wardrobe is princess polly Xx

Not great UI, missing features

As a SWE, the UI for this app is muddled and incomplete. Items are missing “size & fit” sections, for example. Features are difficult to find. Ugly that clicking the description opens a new window and that it’s plain text. I don’t think this app was finalized on release.

Awful app

Terrible app that glitches constantly at really “convenient” times like when you’re trying to get your money back on items you’ve returned. Clothing is low quality as well.

very pretty clothing but so expensive

Love the app BUT the review area needs work

Love the app and clothes BUT I have to switch back and fourth between the app and website and search the clothes to read full reviews and see the review photos. The app is missing the descriptions of weight, height, etc. PLEASE add these features to the app. It would help greatly!! I think a lot of us decide on what we buy by reading reviews and how it fits each type of body structure.

Princess Polly review

I’m just upset that all the cute clothes that are on sale are all sold out. I can’t find anything on sale in my size, there are Literal crumbs left for us. And I’m plus size so I already struggle finding cute clothes so it is tough to see all the girls snatching up all the cute finds when I just got here.

Add to cart broken

Haven’t been able to add to cart for multiple days, tried redownloading the app and all the usual stuff.

Poor customer service

Within 30 days ago, I made a purchase. For almost two weeks I have been calling and texting the customer support number trying to get my questions answered about my return, because even though he the code I was given to bring to a return bar says I’m still within the date to return, every time I call an automated bot answered and tells me it’s too late to return my order, and then immediately hangs up. Very frustrating, and I can’t get on the phone with an associate to get help or answered becau
