The PDX Escape lounge is amazing! Very comfortable and inviting. The one at MSP is 180degrees the other way.
DR lounge
So far it’s been a pretty good day and I’m glad that I decided to come in. The staff is really nice and friendly and the food is delicious I could see myself coming back. Thanks for asking 👌🙏.
Ok for some layovers
Lounge access is crowded at some locations. Lounge space is limited at some locations. Its ok if you don’t mind waiting. You are only allowed a maximum of 3 hours.

Quick and easy
Very happy with our experience everything went very quick. It’s a little hard to locate but once we asked, we saw it was near gate number 13. Enjoy yourself it’s a great place to sit and wait for your flight.
Great service
The bar and wait staff were by far the best we have ever had in a priority club.

I dislike that some of the listed affiliates do not take American Express card holder/members. Update this please. I have several times gone to a estauranr only to find they do not honor the Priority membership because I am an American Express card holder.
Not always available
Not all the airports / terminals have a lounge available.
Several times, they are at full capacity and you have to wait 30min to 1hr to get into the lounge.
From the places I traveled in the past 12 months I encounter this situation more and more.

Amazing privileges !!
Really!
How can it be that there is no Lounge at LAX Tom Bradley International Terminal. We used to be able to use Korean Airlines Lounge but not a any more. We fly out of Tom Bradley often and are so disappointed.
Searching
I wish u simply had a list of lounges around the USA and the world. It’s a pain to have to search each concourse on each airport to find a lounge.

Very hard to use. It is not intuitive r to find lounges in the airport you are in.
I was in Denver and hevspp said there was a lounge but it sr t me to
The wrong terminal
App bug for login
I was logged out mysteriously and couldn’t login, even when trying to change password. Unable to access lounge, defeating the purpose of PP!
Lounges not convenient!
Lounges are in out of the way corners of the airports. Been a members for over 8 years…
Waste. Of money
If you don’t yet have a boarding pass they won’t let you in. And the might be closed is a definite. After 3 in Chicago they only let one airline use it
Mostly worthless
I have this through a credit card and am rarely able to use it. The lounges are mostly inconvenient and when they are convenient I can’t get in because they’re too crowded. Not a good perk.
Painful Process
you make this process far to difficult. You send a physical card with a number and tell me to enroll using a digital card with a different number. The login process is convoluted and if you forget the password or your login, there is no clarity on how to get it fixed.
