Ur app always crash and bug when I use it to shoot.

I have an iPhone 12 mini and the preset feature does not save resolution. If i swap between a 4k 24p preset and a 1080 120p preset, the resolution loads in at 1080 every time.

Hi I’m not using the moment app after downloading. But it’s taking money for it, May I know how to cancel the subscription?

Please update iPhone 12 Pro Max app keeps crashing when you stop recording with an error saying it didn’t record 😡 deleting this app for now and going back to filmic pro

I have an iPhone 8 and the program keeps crashing. Nothing wrong with my phone or any other apps whatsoever, it’s only this application. Such a disappointment!

When I go in the app, it automatically kicks me out, so I can’t get in.

Only bought this app because I had to in order to use the battery case. App constantly takes over my volume controls and turns it down. I know it is this app because it stops when I open the app and then force close it.

Only complaint is that Siri integration isn’t working as promised on iPhone SE.

So glitchy every time I change a setting the app crashes it’s so dumb.

Updated and bought the slo mo pack. Now app crashes when I try to open it. 😕

App randomly starts recording, constantly. Soooooooo annoying!!!!!!

iPhone 8 user here. through a couple updates and multiple tries, my phone has overheated and crashed the app, or somehow let the audio and video go out of sync. This is a huge problem for editing later on.

I just bought this app and I can already tell it’s not going to be worth it, I’ve had it for an hour and already the app has crashed 4 times in the middle of me trying to use it.

I’ve been using this on my old iPhone 7 and it’s good when it works. UI is busted on the new SE I got today.

I just got the battery case for my new iPhone se 2 in mail today. I’ve been trying to update case all day but it keeps telling me it ran into problem updating and doesn’t let me update it.

As of ios13.4 the app won’t open. Was my favorite photo app is now totally useless. 11 Pro max

The log profile records random frames recorded in a default rec709 format making it unusable. Although I prefer the layout and functionality of this app to filmic pro, if the Moment app can’t preform, it’s not worth it.
