A lifesaver convenience !!!

A million THANKS !

Trip Planner not working

The app works great for scanning to ride and for adding money. A key feature for a new rider or a new route was the trip planner. It was so helpful for navigating and for my granddaughter finding her way home. It worked well since September 2025, but seems frozen now. Love the transportation options!

I love how easy it is to get to where I need to be from the San Diego Airport. Loving the 992 bus!

Incorrect schedule

Great app, but it has the weekday coaster schedule for the weekend. Not sure if this extends to other services be careful!

App alerts

Would be super great if your app provided REAL TIME updates for why you are always late every morning. The blue line today 12/4/25 6:49 still hasn’t shown up (7:09)… riders don’t want to ride if there isn’t consistent notifications or times…

Needs bug fixes

The app is totally frozen, no updates to do, have restarted my phone and the app, no luck. Even deleted and redownloaded it. Hopefully it’s fixed soon, this was going to be my first time exploring SD with public transit! Can only imagine what it’s like for those to use this that need it to get to and from work.
