You guys are simply the best
I want to change this to less stars. The process of filing the claim was user friendly. The location I chose to have the phone repaired was not a good choice. The tech that repairs iPhones leaves at 6p but you can make an appointment through close of business. I wanted to get my phone repaired tonight at the next available appointment. Good thing I called. I was told the iPhone tech leaves at 6p. At 6:11p I was told he was leaving. Even though the schedule online was allowing me to make
It is pretty random as far as what replacement device they will send you. I received one with cracks in the screen, as well as another one with a battery health just over 80%. They said that they don't check for those sort of things and that it has the insurance company that handles it instead of T-Mobile, so not much accountability.
Good company and fast service
We were amazingly fortunate to have Tameka help us today! She filed our claim for us in a quick manner and went above and beyond! She is fun and very knowledgeable and super enthusiastic!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
This is the second time I’ve used this app to replace my phone because I’ve found the back of it cracked! It’s so easy and so simple each time I use it. It seems too good to be true when it comes to the process. I was expecting more questions to prove you’re not lying about what actually happened. Inexpensive too when it comes to the repair.
Dropped phone and it stopped working properly. Replacing it for same.

I thought I would have to go to the Apple store either in Santa Barbara or Thousand Oaks. When I went to the T-Mobile store I was told I could go to Bestbuy. Thank you. That made what was needed to fix my damaged phone so much easier for me. I am so happy I have the protection plan Unfortunately my phone was unfixable and I received a new phone.

Easy simple awesome
I feel like the app should let the consumer/user know how the device will be sent. For example, will it come via UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon. I would also prefer an expected arrival date to be shown on the claim. The app was easy to use, I especially appreciated the opportunity to set the app down to take care of other things, and come back and not have to start over.

The app is very organized and enables me to find documents and allow me to file a claim on a first screen. I like this app very much. And I will use this app for any claim I have to file in the future!
App keeps crashing
I have not had any luck with this app. It chose and found out my phone but then gave me instructions on how to do things on an entirely different platform. Possibly a newer version of my phone. It’s not accurate at all..
I got a bunch of scratches on my phone and I have apple insurance on my phone so when it gets scratches or cracks they can fix it…so I went to the apple store and they said they couldn’t fix it but they could fix giant gaping cracks!!!😡😡😡 but with t-mobile THEY can fix it and even though I have to pay… it’s only 29 bucks! All those awful people that don’t like this company… they are just haters!

The system will not allow me to access the plan. It denies my code. Why?
