It is wonderful to have my medical information available to me in real time. I am able to share my lab work with the very few providers that are outside of the Kadlec network. Yet at the same time my many Kadlec providers have immediate access to all my medical information. I like that for continuity.

I like the sweet person I spoke to see how I get my first appointment with the doctor and she was very kind.

The send button is hidden behind the keyboard on apple devices. After typing a message to my provider, I am unable to hide the keyboard so that I can tap the send button.

I love that I can look at my family’s health care in one app. If you could make it support dark mode I’d change my review to 5 stars!

People are nice and helpful. Place was clean and quiet during my visit.

Now I love Providence Health just because I love my primary doctor now who is Dr.Mariver Salcedo. She’s the best doctor I ever had. Very accommodating, listen to my concerns and she will ask Facey’s medical Group to approve all the tests needed ASAP. I’m happy with Facey Medical Group for quick approval too. Now ai know I’m in the right medical group. I asked my daughter to change her primary doctor to Dr. Salcedo and just last week she called me and thank me because she loves her dr now. Her

I appreciate having the app to be able to message our pediatrician and check up on the status of things for our baby/toddler. It’s easy to use and work for the most part. I did have trouble using it at the beginning, but once I got it to work it was a breeze from there. Definitely recommend it to parents or for yourself to manage healthcare messages and updates with ease.

Now I can read ahead to see what my test say. I think its important for the patient to know. Great Job Providence.

This visit was by far the best ER visit I have ever had from the time I walked in until the time I left. I was in and out within an hour, with treatment for a broken foot. Dr Heflich, the technician and actually all of the staff were incredible; professional, understanding and quick in doing their part! Wish I could receive all of my medical care in this facility/from this staff Thank you for your great care!!

No call waiting or being put on hold. What took hours to do takes second to minutes. I give it a 10/10!

App shows tests results from 2020 and wants me to act on it, this is an issue.

I always get my annual labs done at Grace Clinic. I appreciate the friendly staff and the efficacy of the app in reporting the results.

I went for an MRI; it took about 2 hrs before I was call in. After that, I set at the waiting room for nearly “ten hours waiting” for the results. I was release the next morning at day break. Unacceptable service ‼️
