I’m so happy Publix came to Crawfordville! ❤️💚 I wish you would add prices to the app.

A++ My Publix is one of my happy places. Not just the products but the wonderful, caring folks that are always pleasant and knowledgeable.

We Always have friendly people at our customer service desk. The store is clean. Digital coupons load a bit slow on the app but overall very good.

Publix has been a life line for sooo many people from food, to water, to ice, to internet service.. just there smiling and thoughtful employees.. who have experienced the same or worse from this hurricane. Just the normalcy they brought to all of us.. they all went above and beyond to meet the needs of so many people! There is no way to communicate the thanks that I have to each and everyone of their employees.. THANK YOU for making us feel “like everything little thing is gonna be alright”.. am

The store is well stocked and clean, service is always excellent! However, prices are significantly higher than other grocery stores.

The stores are always clean and the staff is always pleasant, and the quality is very good. However, I would think with Publix buying power the pricing could be better.

Publix is great

The new format of Sneak Peek is great. So much easier to make lists and be returned to page. Simple viewing!!!!! At last👍

Paperless- no more cutting coupons and leaving them home. No more making lists and leaving them home. Just type in phone number and everything done. Tells me what aisle in my local store to find items. So far ,loving it

Love the new store. But here are some problems. 1. When it's lunch time, the sandwich line and hot food extends out so far that you cannot get to the produce dept. You have to walk down the coffee aisle to the back of the store and approach the produce from the back. 2. Bread aisle is aisle 6. Smack in the middle of the store. So your bread and is crushed by he time you done shopping. 3. All employees are excellent. Helpful in every way possible.

I really love Publix, I think it is a very clean store, I love the carts they’re always in tiptop condition!! I especially enjoyed the Bogo deals buy one get one free, and the quality of all of the fresh produce and meats it’s always very good!! My only complaint is that I feel the prices are a little high, so are usually shop the sales and plan my menus around those deals! Thank you Publix!

I live near the Publix location on US1 St. Augustine south and I have always been happy with my experiences there. The store is clean and organized, also the team members are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Publix to my friends and family.

I enjoy shop at Publix with buy one get one free. Help out a lot with groceries. I love all the perks Keep me coming back . Store are nice and clean . People are friendly.

I absolutely love Publix so glad it is now in my town Sylacauga AL. public has the best Bogo freshest fruit, and the best meat in town.

Prices are toi high

I’m Jamaican and I ask management to order Jamacian Gungu peas with coconut milk and Jamaican pineapple soda that was last year not one thing I ask for us there

Just relocated to Sunrise - by far the staff AND value is THE BEST at Publix as compared to all other grocery stores! Love the App as well! 👍🏻

It would be helpful if the follow were on the app .. 1: prices. Publix is the only app that doesn’t include prices. 2: zoom. Some elderly have a hard time seeing the products. Be able to zoom in would be wonderful.

It seems that this particular store in Downtown Fort Myers is overwhelmed on the regular. I don’t blame the awesome staff members I encounter daily, I do blame upper management for allowing this to happen. Commitment to staff costs money. Commitment to stock and product availability costs money. These are the two biggest problems. Sometimes it’s like a third world ( I’ve traveled) supermarket. Been like this for months and there’s no solution. I can open the app but there’s no options to see coupons, deals and bogos. It’s all blank. No options found in search bars or for the location finder either. Maybe it’s a account problem idk. But i tried restarting and redownloading already and still no fix.
