Let me just say, first off, that I have been playing this app for years, and have even been a subscriber for a long time. Maybe I’m just not looking in the right place, but I’m having trouble syncing my progress between my three devices (an iPhone and two iPads). I’m hoping the developers read this and can help me figure out how to sync through the cloud. I really don’t want to end up losing my progress after all this time. Thank you in advance!

This used to be my go to game! I even paid for the unlimited version. Times got tough and played the free version. Suddenly, all the games that I had open and waiting to finish for double points… ALL went away!! Still a good game.

Love the game and have had it downloaded for almost 3 years but lately it won’t load correctly. For some reason it won’t sync and I have to confirm everyday which area (local or iCloud) is used which are both the same scores. Also, I am having an issue just opening the game. The loading circle will stop and I have to reopen for it to function properly. It’s getting very annoying. Help please

The fact they allow ads that run for 3+ minutes is ridiculous. The app is good but any ad over 30 seconds is ruining the game and they should realize that.

No idea why I get a window that opens with scrolling tech garbage and at the top it says “Contact Support”. I restarted my iPad twice and now it all seems okay. Love the app, glad it wasn’t hacked

A reasonably good collection of number, word, and logic puzzles. Two things would make it better: and undo button and a clear button.

I’m learning new puzzles. It’s a struggle. There’s not enough coins and tokens to complete all the daily puzzles

Can’t get into game. Weird scrolling on the screen

Play this every day and enjoy the different puzzles. But the pop up ads are awful, constantly while playing a game

Puzzle page is my favorite puzzle app. I’ve tried other apps tailored to my favorite puzzles but none of them are as user friendly as puzzle page. I pay for the annual subscription with is an excellent value for the number of puzzles you get. As a person who struggles to turn their brain off after work, I consider this app part of my mental health. Focusing on the puzzles gives my brain a break from work and overthinking.

I like most of the games. And I don't mind ads but why do we have to click X and DONE so many times on ONE ad break? That's the reason I'm not playing as much anymore.

For just a few dollars I can play without ads which allows me to play multiple games without annoying interruptions - one of the best purchases ever. There is a terrific mix of puzzles and they ARE challenging.

Love Puzzle Page as a long-time subscriber, but you need to add more puzzles in LOTS of categories! I play every day, but when I go games to play that day that aren’t on the daily page, there are no new puzzles in Circuits, Cross Out, Crossword, Link Words, Quote Slide, Wordy, Word Slide, Word Snake, and Sudoku. For some, it’s been like this for months! Please ramp up the number of puzzles!

This app produces some fun versions of the American Crossword, plus a few easy logic puzzles, daily. My missing star is due to the slightly-off English usage. An example from June 2024: a picture caption reads “paper windmill” instead of “pinwheel”, and the occasional misdefinition for a crossword clue. As a writer I find it just irritating enough to take back a star.

This is overall the best puzzle app I have discovered. With its variety of puzzles and daily pages I highly recommend for a casual player. BUT, if you are a long time player who loves to participate in the events I do not recommend. Without a subscription you are limited to 2 issues for each puzzle. Each issue contains 10 pages, but eventually you will complete those pages and you won’t be able to participate in the events. Just expanding the issues to 3 instead of 2 would greatly benefit your l

Nice variety of puzzles. The interface is a bit busy but once you get familiar is pretty handy; I'm able to search for specific puzzles, which is great. Waiting for dark mode, please & thank you!

Enjoyable app. But not sure why it doesn’t support Family Sharing. Keeps me from subscribing.

I love this app, however I absolutely hate the picture sweep and X’s & 0’s puzzles.

I’d like to do the killer sudoku puzzles that are the size of those on the daily page but I can’t get to more special issues without doing the bigger and smaller ones. Please make them all the normal size or allow us to skip the bigger ones.

I have a paid subscription and have been loving the challenging puzzles. However haven’t been able to use for the last 2 weeks because of a tech issue and have had no support or response to my inquiry. Will find another app if not resolved soon.

I have noticed more ads recently, especially at the end of playing a game. Ok I get it. However, I am trying to do the word search game and a pop up ad is occurring every 15 seconds. I am searching for words and these frequent pop up ads are ruining the game for me. 😭 I have played your games for years, but if this continues I will delete this game!

I like the app, play it daily on my iPad. Sometimes I subscribe, sometimes not. I’m having trouble syncing it between devices. This is a known issue, and the “fixes” don’t fix it. Very frustrating, since it used to work. Please address this issue.

This is the only game I subscribe to, and have for about 4 years now. It’s a nice variety with frequent new games. There hasn’t been a new One Clue in a while, though. Update: I’m dropping my star rating down for just one reason: they’re no longer providing new One Clue puzzles. It’s not that they were my favorite, but it’s the puzzle I need next to get more coins and I can’t because I have none to do. So either delete One Clue completely, or give us new ones! It’s been a very long time.

The ads make this unplayable unless you pay for the subscription..

I enjoyed several puzzles but recently it kept shutting down. I deleted and reloaded and it helped for a while but now I can’t get it to upload at all! Please Help!
