I love this game but when I logged in this morning I noticed all of my things to use with game was gone and I’m mad about that because I don’t know where they went because I didn’t use them

I have tried four times now to get past the scene number 532. Won’t let me get past says I don’t have enough points. What is going on?

It won’t open!!!! The app will not open any longer….why oh why?????

Why are all the ads in Spanish? Please stop!!! I do not want to hear commercials in Spanish. I am American and would prefer English! Thank you.

I’ve lost $2.99 3 times. I get charged but don’t get what I purchased. I’m disappointed. I’ve played for years. It’s no fun when it takes 6 days playing one puzzle.

I love this game and I’ve been playing it for many many years. The tournaments every week though, deter me from playing except for the time from Thursday to Sunday. It would be nice if there was some sort of bonus or mini tournament from Monday through Wednesday because I see no benefit in playing Monday through Wednesday unless I am completely bored. Just a thought.

Game won’t open its starts the king screen then goes black and ends please help

Ever since this app was updated there have been so many glitches. Even when trying to send lives it won’t connect to Facebook. I really like this game however if this app isn’t fixed I may have to scrap it. So annoyed and disappointed.

I love this game but I’m unable to connect to send friends requests for lives or send them lives. When I did have lives every time I clicked on it the app would close and I would lose everything, lives from friends and any extra boosts that I had earned I have deleted the app and reinstalled it twice now and I’m having the same issue. This has been going on for months. Please help

I used to enjoy this game before they put in all the ads. It was more difficult to pass a level but that made it challenging. Surely the creators could have devised a better system than all these frustrating ads!

This game is fun at the start, but it never changes or gets updated. I spend $$ on other games but won’t on this one because they don’t put anything in to make improvements, change prizes or levels, etc. As you go on the levels are so hard that I will only play the 5 free games they give you and then I quit. Don’t get hooked!

I’ve been playing this game for years and, at one point, I would have given it 5 stars, but I’m very disappointed and frustrated with the recent changes. I’m very glad that you’ve enabled us to see other player’s scores again, that’s great! But why did you stop allowing us to pick the weekly team that we want to be on? Never mind the constant freezing and crashing. Please fix this game.

Why won’t it launch

The app closes every time I open it. It also deleted my power ups. Customer service helped with adding “money” to my account but it happened again. So I’m back at square one. I’ve had this game for years and I Love it. But lately (a few months now) it hasn’t been working

I’ve played this game for years, but finally deleted it from my phone. Twice in the past year, the game has mysteriously lost all my saved lives. The controls for preferences are mysterious, and ultimately, I lost interest because of the unpredictability of it’s functioning.
