QDOBA is my life I could eat this every day if I had the money 😂😭🙏

Used to be a chipotle STAN, until Chipotle’s quality and portions fell off and tried QDOBA for the first time… and let’s just say havnt had chipotle since 😂 much better quality ingredients and actual portion sizes, AND they actually have fire offers/rewards. Like buy one get one entree free? Yes please 😌😩

No major issues with the app but if you’re ordering delivery it would be nice to have a contact option for your recent orders. I occasionally get items missed in my order like the cheese dip and there isn’t a way to report it on the app.

I have anxiety ordering in person and the app makes it all so much easier for me! I can customize and be specific with me food. Not to mention is has specific ingredients listed as well if I needed the extra help. Love it.

Ever since downloading iOS on my phone I have not been able to get the rewards option to work in the app.

Hi everyone, I’ve been experiencing log in issues with my account also. What fixed it was deleting the app and redownloading it! Hopefully it helps you all too!

Recently, the app keeps logging me out and I have to sign back in every single time. I eat at Qdoba very frequently so it is very annoying to have to sign in every time. I had the app open before I went into the store, logged in, and by the time I got to the register it had signed me out again. The app is fully updated, so that is not the issue. I hope this gets fixed because it is extremely irritating.

I don’t want to give another app my name and credit card info. Take Apple Pay.

This app is easy to get lost in. As I was trying to order on the app, the location glitched and I didn’t realize it until the order was submitted. I can admit partial fault here, but the interface was not reacting properly to my inputs. Additionally, the paging is really confusing. Each page at the bottom of the screen should be it’s own page and that should be the only way to navigate (especially without providing back arrows). There also seems to be a some clutter on the screens as well.

I have an account, but it won’t let me log in at all. I’ve reset my password twice, but it keeps saying that my email or password is wrong

Have changed the password multiple times and it says it can’t log me in due to it being wrong… which is not true. Therefore, I can’t use it because I can’t order online!

Have to login every time I open app. Developers using ‘Creating an App for Dummies’ to get all their ‘advanced’ ideas?

Adds duplicate items to your order right before checkout and then it’s not possible to cancel them on a delivery order.

Can’t sign in or make an account, app locks up and crashes. App is not functional
