I’ve been wanting to quit for awhile but put it off (always) until I stumbled upon an article discussing this app. With no agenda I downloaded it, did it before bed and BOOM! I woke up the next day, not only not craving a cigarette, but it was as if Max crawled inside my mind and made it clearer!! My mind has been blown and I am so grateful!!!! With confidence I can say “I am a non smoker”.

I am not a believer in hypnosis. Honestly didn’t think it would work but desperate to quit after every attempt to stop left me anxious and smoking more. Not sure how or why, but this quitting process left me empowered rather than desperate. 100 days in and never think about smoking. It is simply not a part of my psyche. I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would quit smoking, I started smoking when I was about 11 years old. I am now 67 and I actually quit almost 2 years ago using this app. Like I said I don’t know how but it obviously worked I have not had one cigarette since November 2021: Thanks Max!!!
