6 Positive User Reviews for Raiders Solo

Good

Played once and worked well. I’m not a hardcore gamer so I’m happy with anything that helps me play my favorite games. This game has been on the shelf since Covid so I’ve been thinking of selling it. With this app I can play again. The app seems skewed in its favor, but actually that is to offset your moves and other mechanics of the game. My first game ended in a tie. So I’m satisfied that this solo mode app will give me more challenges in the future. It looks good, runs smooth and fast. A

Does what it says

This app replaces the solo deck for Raiders of the North Sea. It’s easy to use and does what it’s supposed to. I’m satisfied.

Technically disappointing

Works fine if you are not interrupted. That said I’m learning the game and with no save I can’t finish a game before something happens. Even repurposed an older iPad but still no go. Would rather play to have the solo card pack.

Fun solo game

This solo version to play alongside the actual board game is really fun. Played with the Hall of Heroes expansion only adds to the fun. He gets so many points on those quests!

2 Negative User Reviews for Raiders Solo

Needs a save game feature badly

Not having a Save Game feature takes this from a 5-star to a 2-star for me. I like to relax & take games slow when I solo them, and it’s rare a game isn’t interrupted. No save feature seems inexplicable in a product like this. Really miss the physical card deck, which of course was never a problem in this regard.

NOT A SOLO APP...App Guide for real board game

Any chance I can get my money back having missed the fine print that this is a companion app to the physical board game and not a solo app?
