Good app but it logs you out every single time it annoying and needs to be fixed

There are some limitations, like switching between side dishes. What happened today? All went dark on your app?

The app is fast and easy and the chicken is just soooo good and the TOAST IS THE BEST THING the fries are very cooked and I recommend this app if your a big back like me💗

I really do love the app but I still can’t login to the app and my account so I need help log into It on my iPad 8th generation tablet right now.

I filled out information 3 times before I was successfully able to complete setting up my account. Now that it’s set up I think it’ll be easy to use for future orders. Fred Poldrugach

It was easy to order online. I suggest adding condiments to the online app. My daughter doesn’t like Cane’s sauce, but loves ranch dressing and that was not an option. I did put it under special request, so hopefully pickup goes well.

i’m a picky eater so chicken tenders is truly a god sent gift from heaven. canes, especially the caniac or box combo, gets me sooooo 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 🤤🤤🤤 clean up on aisle my plate!!! 🤣🤣😂 the sauce - oh my bombogyat!!! it’s actually so good 👅👅 i order weekly and it hits every single time !!! if anybody knows if they sell merch please let me know -𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴

I thought the point of ordering online was to not wait but I ordered 15 mins prior, no line inside, currently 25 mins in waiting for the food… 8:55-9:20… smh

Not as good as zaxbys but it’s a close second!

There was a significant delay to every action taken. 1-3 seconds every time I pressed on a menu category or added an item. Then when I was ready to place my order and had to sign up, it cleared out my order so I had to endure the slow app again. First and last time I use the app.

My dad literally spent money on DoorDash just for nothing. The driver sent the food into the wrong house and I skipped dinner just for canes. I’m lost my patience and that was the second it happened. So I I’m pretty much angry and sad about the food in the wrong house. And I have a bad day already.

It does not let me sign in to the app

This is a very unreliable app. It often signs me out in between sessions, forcing me to login again. The “loading“ disco ball happens way too often. I love the food, and the speedy service, but more care and attention should be paid to solve some of the app’s problems.
