This app saved me so much by giving me cash back over the years. I appreciate this app so much. Such a great app, especially if you have an American Express MR earning card, highly recommended.

It’s very slow app

The hardest part about this app is remembering to use it! I use it for all online shopping and can layer with other offers- plus it gives you a summary of discounts available. At times, I can get an extra 10-20% on purchases but can be as little as 1-2%, but still saves. They send me a check each quarter and the small amounts add up quick. This is a free and great app with a few glitches with certain sellers but no reason not to use it, and it’s easy!!

I LOVE Rakuten, I was in TOTAL SHOCK TOADAY when I received my check for $241.14 😁😁I mean not ALL of my checks are this big. But listen to me if you order online, PLEASE TRUST WHAT I AM WRITING HERE. REMEMBER TO GO TO RAKUTEN FIRST!! This IS NOT AN ADD, I DO NOT WORK FOR ANY AFFILIATE, NOR AM I RELATED TO ANYONE AT RAKUTEN. THIS IS LEGIT. EVERY SINGLE PENNY adds up. And when those add up by quarters end you will have a nice little chunk of change. But you HAVE TO GO TO RAKUTEN FIRST, THEN TO ON

After a few emails back-and-forth about an incorrect cash back amount, my account was credited the proper percentage. It was a bit of a hassle, but they made it right in the end.

I’m so upset and disappointed. I purposely ordered through Rakuten, and they did not respond when I sent 4 emails regarding my missing cash back. I will NEVER use Rakuten again. Horrific customer service.

Long-time Rakuten user, back to the eBates days. A great service and enjoyable experience, but too often my purchases are not tracked by the site/app. To remedy this it requires emails, submitting receipts and waiting. Sometimes a day or two, so no biggie, but sometimes a month … or more, especially on travel. I do really love this app! So many deals and more Restaurants, businesses being a part of Rakuten. Keep them coming because it is nice to know you receive a bit back from where you shop, eat, and go to. Customer service help is very good and kind people. 5 stars from this Dad here. This is the best app for buying online

Why the heck not get CASH BACK on every shopping trip!?? I mean seriously, even if it’s just 30¢ BETTER THAN NOTHING IF YOU DIDNT USE RAKUTEN. I do all my shopping through them and their customer service response time is impeccable 💯💯💯🙏🏼

I’ve used Rakuten/Ebates for years. Pleased with savings. However, I referred a few friends recently. One of those friends and I were supposed to receive $40 each. She signed up and then made a purchase. Neither of us received the bonus. I’ve sent emails and no response to them from Rackuten. Very disappointing and a embarrassing since I sang Rackuten’s praises to my friends for what?!, apparently NOTHING. There are Many other savings programs. I guess it’s time to focus making purchases through

It would be nice if I could get cash back for all the stores I shop at. However, certain stores have certain deals with certain discount applications, and so quite a few of the purchases I make go on accounted for because they don’t have agreements with Rakuten.

I love earning money back on purchases. The money you earn back is like a savings. You can spend on whatever. Awesome

I recommend this one for everyone to get cash back

I have been with Rakuten for a long time and so most of my shopping where I work which is Walmart and a few months ago I started having issues and couldn’t get my purchases to connect to the app. I am done jumping through hoops to get this to work. It is just sad and disappointing that this stopped working for a 2nd time now. It just isn’t worth the hassle anymore. Deleting my app.

After today’s update the sites are still glitchy. The page will load 25% than the page will be blank.

I love being able to shop and receive cash back ! Who wouldn’t, as it’s a way to receive savings in this time of inflation.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked up an item on Rak and saved money I was definitely going to spend. I also know I’m accessing the actual store through Rak and not making a typo into a scam fake store. Also… if there are promotion codes, Rak has them, A+

Started out good but after 7 years I rarely make any cash back.

…then my earned money started disappearing along with ‘customer’ service. I can’t get help to answer after my first experience which was great with my first question about a sent check. Now I ask about money disappearing and no one will answer.

There site is no good. Whenever your cash back is missing mad you want to check on that it always hangs
